Echo Arista Everwood & Hazel Winifred Vector Well hello sexy Charms teacher. Echo thinks Professor Vector is a total fox and would point it out if that kind of thing ever came up in conversation. XD She does take Charms! It's her third best lesson after CoMC and DADA. She got an E in her OWL for it and is predicted to get an E at NEWT level, so yay for a lesson that isn't a struggle! She still works her arse off (in her spare time, too) to get those E's, but by golly she's getting them. Lol @leif & Hazel Winifred Vector He takes Charms, he also gets E's, he's a pretty great student. Clever clogs, Head Boy, always has homework in on time, etc. He does his best to set a good example for others, especially since he was made prefect in his fifth year, so I imagine his behaviour in class got that bit more admirable once he had the extra responsibility. He's not shy of raising his hand in class to answer questions, and his bowtruckle Wizz (new pet for his final year) is super well behaved, you'd never know he was even there. X'D Geralina Amara Drake & Hazel Winifred Vector They're neighbours, too! Well, maybe not close neighbours like she was with Paris, I don't know which part of Hogsmeade Hazel's house is (we need to map them both out! XD), but yeah! Hogsmeadeans (I'm killing myself. X'D), book lovers, and Geralina loves a good dance, so if there were ever any staff parties or nights out, she'd be there dancing away probably with Hazel after a few butterbeers. Friendly, chatty (whispery), Geralina's only been there just over a year, so there's room for that to improve if we wanted. Tristan Jude Dearborn & Hazel Winifred Vector Well he likes her. He doesn't care about age, she's gorgeous, he'd flirt but just harmless flirting, he's not a sleaze. They're similar in being optimistic and fun, I think they'd get on well enough to form a bit of a bantery friendship as time goes on. He'd laugh off her hinting at him and Geralina (Geralina would just want to curl in a ball and die), that ship has well and truly sailed. XD

 Hush Hush Kitty was always the hot one. Echo didn't think of herself as hot at all, she was pretty, but she wasn't one of those girls that turned heads just walking down the corridor. She never had been and she never would be, she was just... Echo. Kitty was definitely one of those girls, mostly because she was into her appearance, and she actually cared what she looked like, whereas Echo would just wear whatever was comfortable or appropriate for the weather, run a brush through her wavy hair and run out of the dorm for the day. She did care about how she looked, just not enough to want to impress others with it. She made an effort where it counted, like for special occasions and such, but aside from that, wearing tons of makeup and six inch heels was just a bit silly and unnecessary. Her sisters hated that about her. Well, maybe they didn't hate it, but they always encouraged her to dress up a bit when she was home for the holidays. It more often than not fell on deaf ears, but she figured they might convert her a little bit once she was stuck with them every day after graduation. Echo sucked in her bottom lip and began to chew it at the mention of the chocolates Kitty still had left over from Christmas. It had caused her some discomfort knowing there was an entire uneaten box of chocolates in their dorm for weeks now, and she didn't know where they were. She hadn't at all looked for it just last week when she'd been particularly hormonal, and cried in the bathroom because she couldn't find it and only had sugar quills left in her own Honeydukes bag. Sugar quills were not chocolate, nor did they make you feel better about being a girl and all of the crappiness that accompanied that every month. Of course she hadn't mentioned that to Kitty, she'd just got on with her day and eventually gotten over it after having a chocolate chip muffin for desert at dinner that day. "I love your mum's shortbread," she piped up, choosing to forego commenting on the chocolates at all. Kitty's mum made the best shortbread biscuits, it was always a highlight whenever she sent some, though Echo tried to politely not eat too much. "Yummy treats, crazy plants, a bit of music. We'll be fine," she nodded, thinking the weekend would go fast if they filled it with things they enjoyed like food and music. Kitty assured Echo that she was fine and just having a wander around, and Echo believed her. "You could have done something way more interesting, like finding some of the secret passages," Echo said with a wiggle of her eyebrows. That's what she would do if she ever got that bored that she resorted to just aimlessly walking about the castle. It was a good way of finding new and faster routes to lessons, and indeed discovering secret passageways hidden in the walls. The room of requirement was something Echo had only learned about in her sixth year, and that was just through a bit of gossip, but she'd made the effort to follow up on that one and it had turned out to be true. A whole secret magical room that changed to suit the needs of whatever you wanted at the time. It was pretty incredible, and she'd made use of it a few times over the past year. It was particularly good for dates, though she would never tell a soul what happened on said dates, that was between her, the hottie in question, and the room of requirement. "

 Sugar Rush Hogsmeade weekends were something every student looked forward to, and Echo had always loved them, but honestly, as she was sailing through her final year at the castle, she was finding herself wanting to cling to it like she never had before. In just five short months she would be leaving Hogwarts forever, and she'd be able to visit Hogsmeade whenever she liked then, but she'd never be able to curl up in the Hufflepuff common room, she'd never be able to do laps around the quidditch pitch just for the fun of it, and she'd never be able to eat meals in the great hall again. There was forever for visiting small shopping villages, but time for cherishing the home she had had for the last six and a half years was quickly running out, and she hated it. If she thought she'd get away with it, she would have skipped Hogsmeade weekends for all of her seventh year, and just spent that time enjoying the castle, but there were some weekends she just couldn't miss. This one in particular, since she'd broken every quill she owned, and was quickly running out of parchment and other school supplies. She had dressed after munch, and left the castle in no hurry, enjoying the walk along the path to Hogsmeade and trying to memorise the way the way the ground crunched beneath her feet, the same as it had done under the shoes of thousands of witches and wizards for hundreds of years, all walking the same route. It gave a nice feeling of camaraderie to think of things in that way, though it did also make her want to hide in the bushes and cry. She hadn't cried, she'd sucked it up and stomped her cute boots through the frost, promising herself that she would go to her favourite shop before bothering to get the supplies she actually needed. Hogsmeade weekends were nothing without a visit to Honeydukes. Echo kept a rather enormous bag of their sweets in her trunk at all times, and it was running low, so of course that was more important than buying quills. Homework could wait, her ridiculously sweet tooth could not! The tinkling bell over the shop door brought a smile to the blondes face as she stepped into the warm, sweet building, inhaling deeply and blocking the doorway to enjoy the moment. A man tried to enter behind her, and despite him tutting his tongue at how long she was taking to move out of the way, she stood there a few seconds longer before stepping right inside the shop. Between the scent of rich chocolate, and the sugary smells of sugar quills and ice mice and peppermint imps, Echo's mouth was practically watering as she began to peruse the yummy treats on offer. If she had enough money on her she'd buy literally one of everything to try, but as it was, she had to save a bit for school bits and bobs, so she'd still to her old favourites and get herself a new goody bag for her trunk. She picked up a little paper pic 'n' mix bag from the shelf, and grabbed a scooper, shoveling a greedy scoop of chocoballs into her bag and moving on to the next item, fudge flies, adding in a greedy scoop of those, too. She would get a little bit of each of her favourite small sweets, then she'd head over to the next aisle where the cauldron cakes were. Hush Hush "Ha. Ha." Echo rolled her eyes at Kitty's attempt at being sassy and funny. She was just too cute to be seen as sassy in Echo's eyes, everything about her screamed adorable, rather than "look how sharp my tongue is". It was funny to see her having a go, though, and Echo gave a half smile in amusement. Kitty's definition of hot was not necessarily the same as Echo's. She tended to find more people attractive than Echo did, but the older Hufflepuff thought that was probably to do with her own preferences. She could appreciate a pretty face, but if it didn't have a personality to back it up, she wouldn't be drooling for long. Whereas she imagined Kitty would just stare and swoon for days over a complete arsehole if he was good looking enough. That was fine, though, as long as she didn't start dating said arsehole. There was nothing wrong with looking. And drooling. And making a spectacle of yourself when you were caught staring and fell over your own feet trying to get away from your own mortification. That was so Kitty. "A heat charm?" Echo repeated with a grin. "So you're the hot one around here today, then." Merlin, lame jokes were just flying everywhere today! Laughing at her own pathetic pun, Echo settled in with Kitty leaning against her, tilting the book a little bit so the other blonde could see what was on the page - a whole load of boring text. Giving Kitty's arm a reassuring squeeze as she voiced her certainty that them working together would only lead to failure, Echo snorted. "I think you'll be fine," she scoffed. "We can just keep it in the dorm all weekend and take turns in going out for meal times." She glanced at the book on her lap. "It says they die if you put them in cages, something about them getting sad and just croaking, so we can't cage it up." Crinkling her nose at that little bump on the road, Echo gave a shrug. "I'm going into Professional Quidditch, I don't need good Herbology grades anyway," she sighed, closing the book and shifting a little bit so she could see Kitty better. "So why are you really here?" she asked, narrowing her eyes in suspicion. "I know it's not to sit and listen to me going on about magical plants. Are you okay?" Her best guess was that Kitty was just horrendously bored, but she could have been wrong, it was always best to ask, and Echo genuinely cared. She didn't like to think of her friends just wondering aimlessly around the castle feeling like they had no place to go, or worse, no one to go to. Hush Hush Arms wrapped around her without warning, and Echo's first instinct was to want to recoil and lash out at whoever was grabbing her to get them off of her. The soft voice that accompanied the arms was what made her not punch Kitty in the face in panic, and she merely sucked in a breath and then reached her own free arm - the one not holding the book - up to give the girl a squeeze before she let go. "Am I seeing things?" Echo asked incredulously, voice hushed. "Is there a hot guy convention in the library, or are you just lost?" Kitty was not a library person in the slightest, and seeing her in the book littered corner of the castle was such a rarity, Echo was devastated that she didn't have a camera with her to take a picture. Moments like this needed to be recorded or nobody would ever believe that they had happened. Face breaking into a grin, Echo gave her friend a quick once over, taking in her outfit without blinking. She had shared a room with the blonde for six years, she was used to Kitty wearing attention grabbing things by now. "Aren't you cold wearing that?" she asked, teasing, thinking that in comparison to what Kitty was wearing, Echo must have looked like a yeti in her over-sized hoodie and thick jeans. The thing of it was, though, was that Kitty was adorable. She was so pretty and just all around lovable, and any outfit she chose to wear always looked good on her. Echo patted the couch beside her, moving her feet out of the way so that there was room for her friend to sit down. "Take a seat, Kitters," she said, glancing back down at her book. "I'm reading up for Herbology tomorrow. If we get to pick partners for the walking plant project next weekend, do you wanna work together?" she asked, knowing Kitty would be someone she could easily work with without messing too much up. "How hard could it be to keep an animated plant alive for two days?" she added with a shrug. According to the book she had on her lap, it was actually harder than one might imagine, since the plants were known for being fast runners, and could climb as well as walk. Hush Hush Echo flopped back down on the couch with the book she had just spent the better part of half an hour looking for. In the end, she had had to ask the librarian for help, and the woman seemed to just know where things where, Echo was sure Miss Drake could have found the book with her eyes closed if she'd needed to, but there was no point in being jealous or put out at all of the time that had been wasted, she had studying to do. She pulled her feet up on the seat beside her, and wriggled about to get comfortable again as the fire crackled in it's hearth opposite her. She had a window view, a warm fire, a bag full of Honeydukes sweets, and a whole afternoon to herself, if she didn't manage to get this homework done before the next lesson in the morning, she'd eat grass. There was nothing to stop her, and that was a good feeling. Though she struggled with lessons, and wasn't as fast on the uptake as a lot of the others in her classes, Echo had the drive to work hard in her own time to make sure that she got the grades she needed. She'd never be a straight O' student, well, except for maybe in Care of Magical Creatures, but she did her best and that was good enough for her, so being undisturbed was a huge help. The library wasn't too busy today, most people choosing not to spend their last weekend day on school work, she knew a lot of her friends liked to get homework done on a Saturday morning or afternoon unless it was a Hogsmeade weekend, preferring to have a full day of freedom before lessons began again on Monday. Echo wasn't bothered by that, she enjoyed the peace of the library, or the study room, or even the quiet of her dorm on a Sunday, while everyone else was either out on the grounds - not so much in the winter - or causing chaos in the common room. Picturing the crowd and the noise she'd passed through on her way out of the basement earlier, she was glad to be somewhere people had to be relatively quiet. The only way anyone could disturb her would be in a hushed voice or maybe sign language, charades across the study tables was always fun in the library. But no, that wasn't for now, now was for learning all about How to care for your Walking Plant, and if she didn't display adequate knowledge on the subject in the morning, she'd never be given one to care for next weekend, and she'd end up with a 'T' for it. She'd never gotten a 'T' in her life, and she wasn't about to start now because she hadn't studied properly and ended up with her walking plant walking off the bridge and dying.  Starlight New Year Echo huffed as she tried her best to keep still while her sister Aeon charmed her ridiculously high heels with a balance charm so she wouldn't go over on her ankle tonight. She liked being girly sometimes, as a tomboy for the most part, she did get a thrill out of pretty dresses and sparkles, but then when it came to nights like tonight she remembered why she stuck to jeans and comfortable shoes most of the time. It was a chore letting her sisters dress her, and she felt weird in the tight dress Nova had given her, insisting she'd look stunning in it and not caring when Echo commented on the possibility of her not being able to breathe in it. She'd had her makeup done, her hair done, and eventually Aeon had fought her corner and helped her convince Nova that she could wear her own jewelry for the night. To help her feel a bit more like herself she had chosen her snitch earrings and ring, which her dad had gotten her when she was twelve. Nova could't argue with that. Ha! Being legally able to drink was another perk of the evening, since she didn't have to worry about being turned away at the door, she had her identification with her and was pretty sure Nova would sass the hell out of anyone who dared question her baby sister anyway. She was sorted. The sisters linked arms after allowing their mum to take a multitude of probably awful pictures of them all "looking so grown up and just beautiful", and then Aeon had led the apparition to Whimsic Alley, where Echo had still clung on to their arms despite the balance charm on her shoes which would make it practically impossible for her to have a fall. She was sure she'd adapt as the night went on. It was freezing, and queueing outside the Starlight Speakeasy was torturous, but it went by fast enough, and the girls headed inside, music blaring, crowds already on the dance floor, and drinks being cleaned off the floor as the three blondes made their way towards the bar. Aeon ordered them all cocktails - Echo had no idea what was in them but they looked fancy when they came - and didn't hesitate in leading her two younger siblings to a tall table near the edge of the room. Echo decided to test her heels by giving her hips a wiggle to the music as she stood at the table, her sisters chatting away to each other. Wiggle wiggle. No wobbling. Excellent. Echo Arista Everwood & Amelia Margaret Greengrass I'm guessing these two don't really see eye to eye. Amy is friends with Jovi, and Echo loathes her, Echo is half blood and blah de blah. Recipe for a minimum of mild annoyance/dislike. Unless you have other ideasss! @leif & Amelia Margaret Greengrass Kind of the same story, he's a half blood, so probably no good in her eyes, it'd be funny if they kind of fancied each other and hated it. Like she's all "Urgh, why does the half blood have to be so cute!?" and he's all *grumbles* "Snobs shouldn't be so hot." *brooding* And they just get on with being on opposite sides and keep their thoughts to themselves. LOL Or not. Just throwing out ideas. Tersha Alara Knight & Amelia Margaret Greengrass Cousinssss! Tersha's not used to family, or having people to rely on or have bonds with, so she's probably not the best cousin, since her relationship with her parents is kind of distant and cold. She'd have seen her cousins a good bit over the years though, at family gatherings and all that, Pureblood stuff, etc, and she'd have been chatty enough and actually liked the Greengrasses and wished she was closer to them, but feels like she can't be because she just hasn't been raised that way. She's kind of a lone wolf, but she'd love to spend more time with her cousins, Amelia included even though she's still at school. Finley Charles Avery & Amelia Margaret Greengrass Future sister in law! He's not keen on her face but he can't put his finger on why, he feels like she starred in some weird bad dream he had a while back. XD Other than that, they'd get on okay! Haha The only thing I need to know about the birds and the bees is how in the heck a bird and a bee get it on. I mean, what a ridiculous saying, it'd be impossible! Or really bloody painful for the bee, could you imagine!?
You're the best. Get one of his mates to take a picture for you, instead. No romance for me. My sisters are dragging me to a New Years Eve party, though, so you never know, I might get to kiss a bee (I'm guessing I'm the bird?) at midnight. If I do I'll give you all the details, I promise.

Echo has two big sisters, who I would love to have around to play with. The Everwoods are a halfblood family, their mum Callysto is Pureblood, and their dad Ian was a Muggle. Callysto and Ian are both zoologists, Callysto a magical one, Ian a Muggle one, so there is a love of animals amongst the family, though Aeon, their eldest daughter is allergic to animals, so they can't actually have any pets at home because of that. Ian was killed by a rhino in a freak accident at the zoo he worked at four years ago, so the girls have been raised by their mum, who is lovely and hard working and tries her best to fill the gap their father made in their lives. The firstborn, Aeon was named after her father Ian, only they tried to make it girly for her. She's 23 years old, was a Ravenclaw at school, and is intelligent and sensible, a bit of a girly girl, she likes to try and make Echo lose her tomboy tendencies, though in the kindest way possible. The sisters are all close, despite their differences, and like to support each other as much as possible. Aeon is the more gentle soul out of the three girls, but she's fierce if you mess with her or her family and has a sharp tongue on her. She gives sass to her family, but loves them unconditionally, and is always there for them. She's the one who drags Echo out to parties and gives her short skirts and high heels to wear. Echo Arista Everwood & James Henry Potter He was a year older than her at school, and she's super into Quidditch so they'd have had that in common. She's fun and down to earth, and she's friends with Lily, so they'd have had plenty to get along with and would have probably made decent friends. Finley Charles Avery & James Henry Potter Hate. They're polar opposites in personality, but Kit is a good guy and would be friendly and helpful towards James. Geralina Amara Drake & James Henry Potter I'm sure we used to have something fun plotted for these two along the lines of him giving her tips on where the best makeout spots are in the school library so she can catch kids in the act and embarrass them. LOL But yeah, Order, she's a good bit older than him but very lovely and friendly and quiet and all that, but she'd find him easy to talk to. They'd get on alright. Livia Eleanor Grace Burke & James Henry Potter She's a couple of years older than him and a Slytherin, they might remember each other from around school but she wouldn't have approved of him getting involved with Lily, she's part of an elitist family, but she's a lot more easy going with the rules than her siblings and parents, but she'd have still raised an eyebrow at him getting engaged to a Mudblood. XD I also have Tersha Alara Knight who is a journalist for the Prophet, and Julian Astraeus Blackthorne who is a werewolf, but I've got no plot ideas for them with James at the moment. They're always available for plots, though! <3 |

I could go on but I won't. LOL Finley Charles Avery & @oli Would have been in the same year at school. Different houses, though, I think these two just would have stayed out of each other's way, really and not had much interaction. Unless you have any other ideas. Livia Eleanor Grace Burke & @oli Another snakey, but again the same year as Ollie, she's a Pureblood elitist though not nearly as bad as most of them, but then she wouldn't have known Ollie's blood status, so I reckon she'd have been nice enough to him. She's a free spirit and loves to go on adventures and have fun, she's always traveling and is a photographer, so I think she'd actually get on really well with Ollie. Friends so long as she doesn't find out he's half vamp? Geralina Amara Drake & @oli She's 8 years older than Ollie, but she's good friends with Kit through them being in the Order together, so I imagine these two would have seen each other a bit if she was visiting Kit at home or something. She's on the quieter side but she's really sweet and she'd like Ollie and probably find him easy to talk to. I also have Tersha Alara Knight and Julian Astraeus Blackthorne , but I can't think of anything for those two at the moment, feel free to throw plots at me if you can think of anything, though. <3 Livia Eleanor Grace Burke & Severus Theodisius Snape Liv is Fin's cousin, and she's a DE supporter, so she's probably seen Sev around whenever she's hanging out with Fin, and she'd remember him being included in their little friendship circles at school, so she'd be friendly with him, she'd think he's a bit weird, but she's very open minded so she'd be kind to him, a little bit blunt, but nice. Haha
