Dorcas liked the look of what she was seeing. She was out with Tersha to have a good time and forget the impending doom that was her future and a couple of bar hotties was certainly an excellent distraction, as was a good bar fight, but she'd practically already done that part of the evening so finding a cute distraction played in well to the evening plans. There was the taller on of the two with his dirty blonde hair and chiseled good looks. He was the epitome of handsome. He was the sort that people based Gods on. The second was shorter, but still a giant compared to Dorcas. He had long dark hair that hung on the sides of his face, hiding more of his face from view than the Golden God. His eyes were darker and his face screamed brooding hunk that knew just exactly what he was doing and Dorcas was more than happy to play along. "Thanks for the rum," She said the the brooding male, tilting her glass to him in appreciation, leaving any introductions to Tersha, who knew how she'd want to play it, "It's an interesting choice." She had to admit, she'd never been bought dumb before and she didn't half mind it, so she was happy to plug it down, and Tersha would do just about anything for whichever one it was that she'd said she'd suck on.

Dorcas look and saw Johnny had poured himself a whiskey and was adding ice to his drink. It seemed the was a man of simple tastes and oddly similar to Dolphus, not that he was at all relevant right now, she was having a fun afternoon out, she wasn’t going to be thinking about her husband, she was her ego have some fun. "Scotch guy, hey?" She asked like a tit, "Are you always that boring or just when you're at a party?" Not the kindest, and definitely not the way to get a guy in the sack, but she wasn't even sure if she wanted to hook up with Johnny, he kind of looked a bit too much like Dolphus, although he had softer features, brighter eyes and was on the whole cuter than her dickhead.

Dorcas would escort Tersha anywhere she wanted to go, if she wanted to leave and find another place to have fun, Dorcas would see her there safely. "Bar it is." She said, checking out the blood spatter on Tersha's dress and wondering if there was any on herself. After the bar they could head to the toilets and get cleaned up, a quick spell wasn't going to hurt. Hell, a spell that quick could be done at the bar. When they got there Dorcas tried to get the attention of a bar tender but they were all busy but it didn't matter, Dorcas would accio the booze right down off the shelf if they took too long. Her eyes travelled down the bar, looking for a bartender. She spotted one heading for them with two glasses. He set them down and point to the dark haired hottie not too far away and told her they were compliments of him. "Well that's how you do a night out." She said, taking the glass and having a sip, "Come on," She said, giving Tersha a nudge, "Let's find you some new toes to suck on." And with a bloke that attractive and his hot mate, Dorcas was sure Tersha wouldn't mind sucking on their toes if they liked it, especially if they were wealthy enough.

There was no denying that Dorcas was on the drunker side of tipsy, but her mind seemed to clear as she stormed across the dance floor and reached a rather smug looking Tersha, who was also a little slimy from what was most definitely slug-boys tongue. Gross.
Dorcas wasted no time in stomping her foot down on the big guys instep, making him yelp and jump back a little, but Dorcas didn’t care that he’d already let go of Tersha, she punched as hard as she could into his solar plexus, triggering a shooting sensation through his crossing nerves, making him double, making him double over. Dorcas didn’t think that was enough, it was never enough, so she used her other fist to break his nose, a sharp swipe too care of that and ensured a good blood flow, but Dorcas wasn’t going to let him get away with harassing her friend, or any other woman for the rest of the night, so with a good swing she pulled back her leg and landed her foot right into his groin. He might be able to fix his nose up and clean up the blood, but that sensation that was sending agonising shockwaves through his body, radiating from his testicles would hopefully be a lesson in not being a dick to women.
Dorcas turned back to Tersha, ignoring the foetal muscular bloke on the floor groaning in pain, “I think I messed up his foot. Don’t worry, we’ll find you another toe to suck on.” She laughed, linking up with Tersha and leaving the dance floor, everyone giving them a wide enough berth, Dorcas barely registering the sting in her knuckles.

Dorcas' gaze wandered a little but it always came back to Tersha. She thought she heard her name called and so her eyes darted back to her bestie who was being snogged by Mr Burley, only it didn't look as consensual as before what with him almost licking at her face and she waving to Dorcas. Had it been any other woman, Dorcas might have thrown a hex at the dickhead, but Tersha was more than capable of holding her own against, Swampy? Was the a real name. Well whatever his name, Swampy was over stepping and Dorcas had to abide by the girl code in these situations, even if Tersha was more than capable of handling a moron on her own, so Dorcas set the empty glass in her hand heavily down upon a table that some couple were snogging at, not paying her any mind, and then Dorcas strolled across the dance floor, "Move it or lose it, squibs!" she yelled as she shoved her way through a couple and carried on her way towards her best mate, the future god-witch of her unborn foetus. Foetuses. Foeti?

Dolphus was infuriating. He was the only person in the world that could get under her skin in this way and it made Dorcas want to rip her hair out at times. The only release from such frustrations were what they would usually do to relieve tensions. "Because it's none of your fucking business!" She yelled. "I just want to get the hell out of here and get back to work. You shouldn't even be here." However he found out, Dorcas didn't care right now, all she wanted was for him to piss off so she could get dressed and return to work to figure out who the bloody hell had attacked her and to carry on with her own case, even if it had to be done from behind a desk for a day or two.

Dorcas noticed Dorian slip out of the room and shut the door behind him and she couldn't blame him, being around Dolphus was always a struggle for normal people and he was currently in a foul mood which made Dorcas not want to talk to him. It didn't really matter what it was that Dorcas was holding her tongue about because everyone knew it would never last long and Dolphus threatening to rip someone's head off, as if she couldn't handle her own business, was exactly the kind of comment to get her talking ... or yelling, "This is precisely why I never tell you anything!" She shouted at him, "You're too emotional. I can handle it on my own, I don't need you getting involved in my business." Yes she was in hospital, yes things had gone a little unexpected, but there was no way in hell she was going to let Dolphus get involved in her work.

Dorcas gave a cheeky little smirk to Freya and a wink that said 'I'll never tell' as the blonde looked at her with a curiosity that could only mean one thing. Dorcas looked to Gabe and nodded as a greeting, he seemed to be busy finishing off his own little drink. "Man, you guys are fancy." She said, whipping out a sprig of mint. "Check me out keeping up with the Fawley-Ollivanders." She twirled the fragrant sprig of fresh mint under Freya's nose then grabbed a couple of glasses, placing them on the bar, sliding one a little for Johnny to use. Dorcas looked about and grabbed what she needed and began pouring her drink. Ice, a few leaves of mint, a couple thin slices of lime, white rum and tonic. She stirred it all with a cocktail mixer and looked to see how Johnny was getting on.
