Max chuckled to himself as he finished his rum. He'd give her a minutes head start and then he'd follow. He wouldn't be letting a cocky little Auror go after Kane today or any other day or the week, and he was sure Kane would do the same for him. Counting to sixty slowly, Max put his empty glass on the table, bidding a silent farewell to his buzz, and slipped out the back door of the club unseen. He blended into the shadows easily, and soon caught the scent of the brunette further down the alley. Dorcas stepped out onto the alley and looked both ways like she was crossing a road. It wasn't hard to spot the the sexed up couple as the God-like creature carried her best friend down the alley. If this had just been a regular bloke then Dorcas would have given Tersha her space, but because the bloke she'd picked to go out with tonight was most likely a vampire, Dorcas couldn't rest easy knowing her friend could potentially be in danger. Luckily the pair were heavily distracted by one another, or at least Tersha was distracted with what could only be a vampire given his ability to snog and walk down the street so perfectly, as though he didn't have someone fully attached to his face right now. She kept to the edges of the alley but she knew there was no sense in hiding herself; Tersha would be distracted for the next few hours and the vampire she was with would know that he was being followed, the only question Dorcas had was Maximus, did he stay to try and prey on someone or was he stalking her stalking the horny pair? This was not how she had expected the night to go.

Jonathan had no idea what had been going on with Max and the stick in the mud, but he was very much aware that she was following him and his lovely brunette and he didn't care. He wasn't a threat to her, at least not in a deathly way, and the little feisty witch was only causing herself unnecessary worry while he enjoyed possibly the best snog of his life. The plan had been to turn a corner and race to the nearest hotel, but with the little witch watching, Jonathan didn't want to give her an excuse to get all hex-happy with her wand if he took off quickly, so he kept his pace steady, listening to the footsteps of the witch behind and his mate further back, and turned the corner, switching up his holding position of the brunette so his right arm supported her buttocks and his left hand trailed up her exposed back and into her hair, his hand gripping her hair resisting pulling her head back, for now.

After almost five hundred years, he had enough practice to out-sleuth a mortal, though he wondered if she expected him to follow her. How did she sleep at night being so suspicious all the time? He held back, keen eyes finding Kane and the brunette in the distance. She was straddling him in the street, and Max was glad he hadn't been the one to go for her. That was not his style at all. He was sure his friend would be pleased that he was in for a good time. Far from a prude, Max still averted his eyes, training his gaze on the Auror instead. He could hear the sounds of their kissing well enough without having to watch it, too. Dorcas followed the snogging couple all the way down the alley and onto the next. There weren't as many people this way but the vampire sure knew where he was going. He carried Tersha into a hotel and Dorcas watched from outside through the glass doors. She could figure from there what the vampires intentions were. The likelihood that he would have himself a snack seemed to significantly reduce, after all a vampire wouldn't take someone to a hotel, just for a snack, not that Tersha was going to snack on anything beside the obvious.

Jonathan purred as the brunette mentioned wanting to rip his clothes off and he picked up his pace a little, still avoiding the odd person that passed them on the side street. "Rip away, I have no use for a shirt." His very attractive black shirt was only getting in the way of the brunette's hands, and if she wanted it gone then he was more than happy to let her rip it off of him. He had the ability to compel simple mortals to his will, there wouldn't be a single one that could stop him, at least not one that worked at a hotel front desk. Turning left, Jonathan took the brunette's directions and carried her into the hotel, burying his face in her neck with a soft moan, nipping at her soft flesh, exciting himself probably as much as her.

As they headed into the hotel she'd been thinking of, she grabbed two fistfuls of his very attractive black shirt and pulled, the buttons pinging off across the hotel lobby. Adonis nipped at her neck and she moaned in pleasure, throwing her head back. His skin was cold and perfectly smooth under her palms as she pushed his shirt back over his shoulders, her hands roaming over his biceps, which were either that big because he'd been carrying her, or he was just really ripped. Max paused on the corner, watching Dorcas as she stared through the glass doors of the building. What was she thinking? Max hated not knowing. If he could be sure that she had no intentions of going on a little vampire hunt, he would leave her be, but he'd rather not take the risk that she storm into a hotel room wand blazing while Max found entertainment elsewhere. He knew Kane could handle one jumped up witch, but he'd rather his friend have a good night without any nasty surprises. So, he scaled the side of the building, climbing up a fire escape out of sight and listening carefully for Kane's voice. Tersha and her vampire moved to the counter where Dorcas saw something exchange between the woman and the vampire, she assumed it was a key to the room he'd probably compelled the woman to give him, either way Dorcas waited until the vampire and Tersha were in the lift with the doors closed before she made her way into the hotel, walking directly up to the welcome witch, "The room directly next to that last couple you served." She said, pulling out her wand and pointing it at the desk. A large bag appeared and the witch looked inside and then back to Dorcas with the biggest, most superficial grin Dorcas had ever seen, "Of course Miss?" Dorcas sighed and rolled her eyes, "Noneofyourbusiness." She said, not wanting to give her own name but figuring if either of the vampires were listening in, then they would know it was most certainly her and that she would be keeping an annoyingly close eye on the horndogs. "Your suite, madam." The witch was really laying on the charm but she handed over the key and Dorcas made her way to a second lift where she pressed the button to the top floor, much to the lift attendant's displeasure.

Jonathan made his way to the front desk, pulling his face away from the brunette's neck to look at the woman on the other side of the counter, "Your most luxurious suite.” He said, his eyes giving her clear instructions while his lips remained still, for now. The woman behind the counter fiddled around quickly and presented Jonathan with a key. He took a look at the number and took off for the lift, still carrying the brunette, his shirt ripped from him and pushed down his arms, but he didn't care. "I'm Jonathan, in case you were wondering what to scream later." He said, stepping into the lift and showing the lift attendant the key he carried. The man pressed the button for the top floor and the doors closed, leaving Jonathan free to make out with the hot brunette.

Max sighed as he heard Dorcas march up to the desk and demand a room next door to them. Max rolled his eyes. Blatant stalking, and by the way the reception witch bent over backwards to please her she must have had some sway. He'd have to ask Kit about that without letting him know why he was curious about an Auror he'd supposedly never met. For now, he had to climb to the top of the building, ruining his shirt along the way. It ripped on a sharp brick, and by the time he'd made it to the roof his fingers were grey from gripping on to rough stone. He listened carefully for the ding of the lifts reaching the top floor, pacing across the roof to try and find the right spot. Dorcas tapped her foot impatiently in the lift as it went up. She folded her arms, a clearly sour look on her face. Eventually, after what felt like bloody forever, the lift dinged and the doors opened. Dorcas pushed her way out of them before they were even finished opening and saw the backsides of Tersha and the vampire going into a room towards the end of the corridor. Dorcas looked at her room key and moved to the door closest to her on the right, next to Tersha's room. Along the corridor there were only four doors, two on the right and two on the left, and they were all quite distanced. Dorcas unlocked the door to her suite and walked in, locking the door behind her at once. The room she'd walked into was huge, easily large enough to home a family of four. There were three large, cream sofas that surrounded a large glass coffee table over by the far windows. There was a bar just to her left. On the right was a kitchen with a breakfast bar and four barstools. It wasn't the biggest suite, nor the fanciest that she'd ever stayed in, but it was pretty impressive. Heading to the fridge in the kitchen, Dorcas peered inside to see it fully stocked with all kinds of drinks. She picked herself out some juice that was probably intended as a mixer but Dorcas wasn't drinking so it was just straight orange juice for her. "And just how long do you plan on watching me?" She asked the room. It was a question directed at Max, even though she couldn't be certain that he'd followed her, but if she was in his position, she would have been following herself.

"Bloody good question." He said, not wasting any time in finding the zip and pulling it down. He liked that the brunette wasn't afraid of a little public nudity, not that he was going to get her stark naked in the elevator with some bloke in it, but he got the distinct impression that if he did, she wouldn't mind all too much. The lift dinged and opened on the top floor and Jonathan carried the brunette out in his arms, pushing her dress down off of her shoulders with one hand at a time. Once he reached the door he slid the key in, turned the lock and carried the brunette into the suite. With a firm kick the door closed and set the brunette down on the floor for the first time since they were outside the club. Jonathan reached for her dress, pulling her it completely off her arms, tearing the back of his own shirt as he did, there was no way he was going to let his own shirt restrict him. He made quick work of his jeans, underwear, and shoes and before the sexy, tall brunette could have known what was happening he was naked against her warm, supple flesh as he pressed her into the cool wall with just the right amount of strength to make it fun, and not blast her through a hole in the dry wall.
