Did May ever take CoMC while at Hogwarts, if so he would have been her Professy for a little while! Her 6th and 7th years (NEWT levels!)!

@carmen and Fergus Jefferson Bones Friendly! I don't know how much effort Carmen might put in to getting to know Gus but he'd be friendly and welcoming to her and have a chat whenever she's about. Probably pop in and see her when he's got a few poisonous beasts lines up for a lesson so she can get some anti-venoms or whatever prepared *just in case*
@fable and Fergus Jefferson Bones Does she take CoMC or did she through years 3-5!?

You’re sick and probably sleeping so Imma just tell you what we’re gonna plot xD
Friends! It wasn’t an instant thing of course and they’ve not known one another long. Met through Paris and Dorian probably didn’t think much of him other than ‘he seems like a nice enough guy’. Gus would have been at Paris’ funeral and passed on his condolences to Dorian but wouldn’t have wanted to take up all his time but would have let Dorian know he was available to chat - any time. A couple of weeks after the funeral he would have sent Dorian an owl, see how he was getting on and suggested catching up for a cup of tea some time so Dorian could know if he ever needed to chat, Gus would be there for him 100%.
Just had a thought. She gets her rare potion ingredients from Lucian because he seems to be able to come across the more difficult to obtain a heck of a lot faster than most plus he’s hot! Not that there’d be much need for face to face interactions but Lenore can dream -sigh-

Tersha Alara Knight and Fergus Jefferson Bones Friendly! I’m imagining Paris organised some kind of get together at the beginning of the Christmas holidays, 1977. Her, Geralina, Tersha, Dorcas, Tristan, plenty of people a few staff from Hogwarts. Lots of fun drinking, Dorcas totally threw herself at him and snogged his face off to which he was all ‘WTH just happened?!’ and just carried on with the rest of the evening, as did Dorcas. She was totally doing tequila shots with him before that so someone had to make sure she got home with some clothes on xD this would have been before Paris had met Dorian, just for head timelines LOL Echo Arista Everwood and Fergus Jefferson Bones Good student! He likes Echo and thinks she’s got a lot of kick to her! He may have overlooked that one time she punch Johnny McTotten in the nose for trying to get his hand down her shirt while she was meant over feeding some baby cockatrices and of course he’d been making inappropriate jokes all lesson so he was basically begging to be punched xD plus Gus was a ‘Puff back in his day. He totally favours the Puffs in his own way! Geralina Amara Drake and Fergus Jefferson Bones Friends! Definitely Puffy friends! Yay Puffs! Known one another since she started in ’77. He started in ’75 (same year as Lenore so it’s easy for me to remember -lazy- lmao) so he would have been very welcoming to Geralina and Paris and paid Geralina visits in the library, letting her know when his students have handling tasks up ahead and looking for extra info on certain animals they’re supposed to raise etc! Also see Tersha for drinky times! xD Livia Eleanor Grace Burke and Fergus Jefferson Bones He was her CoMC Profess for her sixth and seventh years! How was she as a CoMC student?! @leif and Fergus Jefferson Bones Well clearly these two are going to get along! He would completely of congratulated Leif on his Head Boy position and would have been a very proud ‘Puff! Gus is totally a fan boy of Leif’s daddy-o and has read all his works a thousand times over and a lot of his lessons come from Newt’s findings and teachings so Leif will know most things already but Gus hopes there’s still plenty he could have taught the youngest Scamander! Tristan Jude Dearborn and Fergus Jefferson Bones Did he come to anything Paris invited him to once he was back? If so refer to Tersha xD Gus would get on rather well with Tristan, enjoy having chats with him, both needing out over their subjects, talking about the nocturnal magical beasts and how the planetary alignments have big affects and little affects on certain creatures xD I have nothing for Finley Charles Avery or Christopher Erebus Devereaux or Julian Astraeus Blackthorne or Evangeline Lucille Nott so let me know if you come up with anything! All the tagging and notifications! Mwahahahahaha!

14th of February, 1942 - 37 english oak, unicorn hair, 11" |
PERSONALITY Boggart: Losing his daughter to a killer clown. It used to just be a clown waving and holding a knife, beckoning him, but ever since he became a father to a darling daughter his fear has changed to his daughter being chased by the killer clown while he's chained to the floor, unable to help her until she stumbles and the clown stabs her time and time again, blood pouring from every wound. The same every time. He gets rid of it with the spell - riddikulus - and imagining the clown tripping over his giant feet and tumbling and tumbling and tumbling, only to jump up and step on a rake which his foot causes to stand up right, knocking him in the nose which makes a squeaking noise while he falls back, landing on the ground, running his nose and num! Mirror of Erised: Spending time with his daughter in a cabin by the seaside, having fun, playing games. Heading to the beach and just spending the day on the sun, on the shore and beneath the waves. Incidentally this is also his favourite memory Patronus: Labrador - Spending time with his daughter in a cabin by the seaside in the south of France during the summer holidays, having fun, playing games. Heading to the beach and just spending the day on the sun, on the shore and beneath the waves.
Loyal is the number one word that describes Gus. And it's Gus, never Fergus! He's always been loyal and while so many of his family are true and loyal to their loved ones, none go to the extent that Gus goes to. He's literally risked his life for his loved ones, and that's not just family, his loved ones are his friends too. His friends are his family.
He's also very brave. He finds a lot of things in life frightful but he over comes his fears to do what's right. He won't stand idly by while the world crumbles around him. He has a daughter and he couldn't live with himself if she had to grow up in a world that wasn't right and just. She spends the most of her time in France but Gus spends his summers and winters with her in the beautiful southern countryside of France, away from the turmoils of the British wizarding world. He won't bring his daughter to England, not while the world there is so uncertain. France is safe and it's her home. He's exceedingly protective of his loved ones, it's where his loyalty and bravery stems.
Positivity is all around but sometimes it's hard to find. Somedays are harder than others. In the past Gus has suffered with depression but he's proud of himself for getting on top of it, for managing it and vows to see good in the world at least three times a day. With everything so grey and cloudy it can be hard to notice the little spots of light every now and then.
Animals were not always a love of Fergus'. It wasn't until his third year when he started studying care of magical creatures that he started to grown curiouser and curiouser about he magical creatures in the world around him. He'd always been an out of doors kid, chaser on the house quidditch team back in his Hogwarts days, but the feeling of being outdoors with animals is invigorating. Caring and nurturing them became a real passion of his and one he now shares with students as Care of Magical Creatures Professor.HISTORY Mother: Elizabelle Bones , 69, pureblood Father: Callum Bones, 65, half blood Siblings: Edgar Bones, 32, half blood. Amelia Susan Bones, 17, half blood. Partners: Camille Bones née Brodeur, wife, divorcing, 37, half blood Others: Romy Bones, Daughter, 16, Beauxbatons, half blood
The Bones parents are a loving and supportive couple of one another and their three children and one grandchild thus far. From what I understand of my parents they had a beautiful romance and all things boring and normal. Honestly, there's really very little to tell about the Bones family let alone my parents, but on I'll go. Boy meets girl, boy flirts with girl. Girl slaps boy. Boy realises he's in love and they live happily ever after! It's honestly really quite simple from what I understand of it all but I tell you, honestly? I'm not much in to the romance scenes of life. I prefer to be outside. I like hard work and I've never been afraid of a fight, fair or otherwise. Some might call me mad or stupid but honestly, it really is just pure stupidity on my part.
That was when I first met Camille and fell madly in love. But we won't go there, not yet. First we'll talk about my childhood. You see I was the first of three. We didn't know there'd be three of us, it was always planned there'd just be two children with at least a three year age gap. My parents got the little family they wanted.
I was about five years old when my brother Edgar came along. I remember being excited to be a big brother and my mum and dad had practically drilled it into me that I had to look out for him. When he came into the world he was a constant crying mess. It was irritating beyond all belief but that screaming pink mess needed me - he needed his brother.
I've always been close with Edgar. He was like my shadow. We used to play everything together and if you think I'm brave, you should meet Edgar. He'd seen what I could do and with the five year age gap he just assumed he could do everything I could. It all ended in tears a few times, lemme tell you that!
Anyway I was soon off to Hogwarts and I wrote to Edgar every week. Seriously, coming home for Christmas in my first year of Hogwarts was the absolute best feeling in the whole world. I couldn't have gone the whole year without seeing my family - I just couldn't. At Hogwarts I made some blimmin fantastic mates! It really was an incredible time in my life and I always stayed in contact with mum and dad, every month or couple of weeks - depending what was happening - But Edgar I owled weekly still, sometimes twice a week. I swear he was trying to live through me. He knew all my mates names and birthdays, he knew all the lessons I took and he even knew my quidditch team mates. I loved my little brother and it was apparent that he loved me to. Idolised you could even be so bold as to say.
Third year was life changing. I started Care of Magical Creatures, really hoping it was an easy subject but - well, you know what? Have you ever had one of those moments in your life where there's this ... this sort of calm, like you're in your own sort of little bubble? Well that was what the end of my first CoMC class was like. I was in this bubble. I was walking, I was so happy I was completely out of touch with the world and I knew, I just knew that I wanted to work with animals. It was a life changing moment. Life defining in fact and I've never looked back on it.
Eventually my brother joined me at Hogwarts and he bloody loved it! The champ was in Gryffindor where as I had been a Hufflepuff. He was full on, he was more energetic than I ever remembered and it took him a while to make friends because he was always hanging with me and my mates. My friends never seemed to mind, they liked having Edgar around, especially when he'd listen in awe to the mischievous stories they'd tell. A few times I remember telling Ed not to pay 'em any attention, that they were full of dragon dung but he listened so intently anyway.
The time came where Ed was off at school and I was graduated. It was still just Ed, me, mum and dad in our little family and it was a grand old time. I got a job at the post office In Godric's Hollow first of all. I know it's not all that grand but I looked after the owls. That was only a part time thing but it got me enough money to take a few girls out here and there, show them a good time but it was never enough. I got a second job, another part time position at the Magical Menagerie down in Diagon Alley. It was alright. Mostly cleaning out poop to be fair but I was working with animals and I loved that side of it all. Some magical, some regular but that was okay. I'd never had pets growing up and I'd never taken anything to school. We were never really a rich family and I don't think we ever will be.
One day in the menagerie an older looking woman came in asking if we new of any good vets that specialised in ... well, an array of magical animals as it turned out, but she was specifically after someone that could help out with her aethonan. For those not in the know it's basically a big horse with wings. I gave her a few names of places we recommended and got to chatting with her about the problem. It sounded more like the aethonan was honestly in need of a good massage and some rest rather than an overcharging aethonan vet so I offered my services and Mrs Panthenium figured she had nothing to lose.
I went to hers the next day and met with her daughter who showed me to the horses. She was quite flirty to be honest and pretty, very pretty, but not really my type. She was brash, bold and forward. Wait, they all describe the same thing. Well anyway, she was. That's how in my face she was, and not to mention the bloody low top but Merlin forgive me did I take a peep! Lovely. Absolutely *ahem* Anyway, as I was saying - not my type.
I met Arganon, the aethonan that wasn't let anyone ride him. I eased my way into his stable showing I was of no threat and sure enough his front left shoulder was the issue. Listen to me, "front left shoulder" as if there's a back left shoulder. The daughter - Marjory - told me she'd not ridden him in quite some time and after pushing him hard a few days prior he was now unrideable - you know what? This is bloody boring. I have a bit of a tendency to just go on and on and you really should just turn around to me and say "Gus, listen mate, you're boring." anyway the long story short after a bit of massage, chilling out and steadily getting back into it all, the big horsey with flappy-flappy wings was fine.
On the way back to the house to let Mrs Panthenium know I'd be checking in again the following day I saw a beauty of a woman. She was shy, or at least shy compared to Marjory and she positively captured me. I was never a man to fall for a girl but by Merlin's beard I fell hard. In her gentle voice she gave me her name, a name I cherished for years 'Camille'. She is .. she was, the love of my life.
It's hard to talk about what happened between us. We were in love with one another. She moved from France to live with her aunt just so she could be near me. We dated for two months before we moved in with one another. Six months after we moved in together I got a full time job at the Menagerie. Four months later and we were married. Some people call it a whirlwind romance, I just called it love. Of course now I call it bloody stupid but there was something spectacular out of it all. Romy. Just before my wedding to Camille I became a big brother again, unexpectedly to a baby sister named Amelia. It was strange being a big brother again at the age of 20 but she was a cute baby and then not long after we got pregnant. My baby sister was only a year older than my own daughter. It felt crazy but it was perfect.
She was the perfect baby. We had her on our one year anniversary and she was just a gift. A beautiful little gift but something never felt right. We hadn't tried for Romy, she was our little surprise and we loved her, we truly did.
I worked hard so that Camille wouldn't have to. Day shifts at the Menagerie and nights I shared between studying to become a vet and working bars Thursday, Friday and Saturdays. Camille's parents didn't much like me. They thought I was dragging Camille down and that she should have married rich, someone like the life she'd come from, a life like her aunt and cousin lived, but she wanted me. She wanted us.
A little help came every now and then from Camille's family and my parents helped out with Romy. We were close and it was beautiful. Hard but certainly beautiful. The years passed us by and before we knew it I was a vet, Camille was a tutor and Romy was off to Beauxbatons. I'd learnt a little French, enough to get by and we moved there, right before Romy started at school actually. I had to put my career on hold but Camille's family were so pleased to have us all there they brought us a place. I'd never had family with enough money to take us on holiday let alone buy us a home. It was a lovely little three bedroom place, nothing big but it was run down. Camille took a job at Beauxbatons and I fixed up the house. Life was perfect. Until it wasn't.
Without going in to too much detail Camille became distant. We fought. We fought again. We fought some more. It seemed like it was all we ever did and then I moved to Scotland. Hogwarts to be precise. The school was after a Care of Magical Creatures professor and how could I resist? My daughter was at school, my wife was never around and when she was the tension was unbearable.
Long and painful story short Camille is now with another man. Has been for the last three years and we are in the process of a divorce. I've been at Hogwarts for five years now teaching and it's one of the best decisions I've ever made. My brother Ed, you remember him? Well he joined some organisation that's supposedly fighting against these damned nut-job Death Eaters so of course he has my entire support. I travel to France every Christmas and Summer holidays to spend as much time with my daughter as her mother will allow, which as is goes is pretty much the whole thing now she has a new child.
Life is never simple. Life can be a complete and utter - excuse my language - bitch, but it's always worth it. Always. Nothing reminds me of that more than my daughter Romy and it's for her I look for three positive things in every day.
