He wasn't sure if it was the chlorine in the pool, but Sully couldn't smell alcohol on the brunette at all. Dora, had Ollie called her? She didn't seem drunk, just... off. "Trust me, I think you got the better deal," he said, glancing again at the chunk of blonde hair she was clinging to. "Let's get you dried off," Sully said, feeling bad that he was about to drip water all over Leo's lovely house. "Bro, you gonna get your girl?" he asked, noticing that absolutely nobody else around the pool was remotely bothered about breaking this fight up. They were all too engrossed in their own conversations, and Sully sighed. Tonight, he was trying a different sibling. He only had two, so it wasn't much of a choice, but he hoped Nala would be better behaved than Kiki had. Eric Bell was a cool guy. Sully didn't remember how long they had been friends, but it felt like forever, and he hoped it would last for longer than that. He pulled a red t-shirt on as Nala fussed in his bathroom, getting ready. "Invite says something about a shed," he called back to Nala as she asked what type of party they were going to tonight. "Or was it a barn?" he couldn't remember. Either way, he was sure it would be fun. Eric was, what was the word? Eccentric? Enthused? Exuberant about parties? He'd throw a good party wherever it was, that was for sure. Sully ran a hand through his loose hair and headed out of his room, rapping on the bathroom door. "Are you ready?" he asked, eager to get going. That had been a tense rivalry, one Sully looked back on fondly now, mostly because said Wimborne Wasp was no longer employed. Their chat was cut short by a crash and a squeal, and Sully started to laugh, throwing his head back at the sound of his sister's surprise. He looked towards the house to see a fancy cocktail flying towards him, and caught it in one hand, sloshing a bit over the side of the glass. "You bloody twat!" Sully looked around, wondering who he'd offended, then realised it was a petite woman shouting at the edge of the pool. And she wasn't shouting at him, she was shouting at Echo, who had just jumped in with another splash. He found himself laughing, holding up three fingers of his own to copy her when she made some sort of promise on a chocolate cake. It was a bit weird, but he didn't question it. Someone dived into the pool, and the splash reached him, showering his face in cool water. Sully reared back, then realized that it was Ollie in the pool. "Watch it, Devereaux," he called, grinning. "If I did that, there'd be no water left in the pool," he said to Lunete, running a hand through his damp hair. He'd once dive bombed into a very shallow lake and ended up with a fractured shin. He thought Shay and Naia might like living near a lake like this, but then the thought of them running out there without him and drowning put a stop to that. No lakes. Not until they went to Hogwarts, anyway. Someone came up on his right, and he turned to look up at a cute brunette who started gushing over his career. Sully was taken aback for a moment, not having expected to come across any fans at this place, but then she was kind of adorable in her knowledge of his career, it was impressive. Grinning, Sully held out a hand to her, using the other to pull a chair closer to his. "Hey, it's great to meet you. Sit down," he offered, just as a plate with two burgers on floated above his head. Sully caught it and put it on his knee, picking one of the burgers up and smelling it. "Oh, man, these smell amazing. Do you want one?" He offered the other burger to the girl. "It's so great that you follow my career like that. I'm flattered." He really was. "What's your name?"
