A small country cottage with a stone retaining wall and a flower garden in the front and a large social patio in the back garden. Home of Hazel Winifred Vector , her daughter Sophie, and her parents Michael and Susan Peters.

The Entry

The front entry of this cozy little cottage gives your a look at the rustic charm that you'll find throughout the rest of the home. Natural wood and light colors are a theme throughout.

The Lounge
Plush couches and stuffed arm chairs create a comfy space for entertaining around the hearth. Double doors open out to the back garden.

The Eat-in Kitchen
Brick floors and tiled counters frame the well-used kitchen where Hazel and her mum, Susan, make tea together most nights.

Hazel's Bedroom
The bedroom looking out over the back garden belongs to Hazel. Lots of lamps and windows create a bright room where Hazel likes to read or grade her students' papers.

The Peters' Bedroom
At the top of the stairs and overlooking the front garden, Michael and Susan Peters share a large bedroom. A comfy chair and fireplace create a cozy place to retreat if socializing with the rest of the family becomes too exhausting.

Sophie's Bedroom
Situated between her mother's and her grandparents' bedrooms, Sophie has a warm little retreat on school holidays. Her favorite memories of her dear father are kept up on the shelves.

Downstairs Bathroom
The bathroom on the ground floor is used primarily by Hazel and guests. Her father, Michael, retiled the bathroom after Hazel purchased the cottage.

Upstairs Bathroom
The upstairs bathroom has been dubbed "grandpa's bathroom" because of the strong scent of grandpa Michael's aftershave that permeates the room. A clawfoot tub and wooden cabinet fill the small space.

Garden Patio
When the weather is nice, Hazel and the Peterses often sit in the back garden, playing with the dog and chatting over a glass of lemonade. An outdoor fireplace makes this a great place to socialize in the evenings under the stars.
