Fin is my DE, he's from a sacred 28 family and all that jazz, a few years younger than Narcissa, but they definitely run in the same circles and probably saw each other at all of the fancy Pureblood gatherings that went on when they were kids, and still do to this day. Fin's friends with Rodolphus, and probably friends with Lucius, so I imagine he and Narcissa would be on good terms. Probably not friends because they're very different, but friendly and in the same social circles at the very least.

Again, same circles. If Cissa is friends with Liv's sisters, then she and Liv will probably be on good terms, too. Liv is more adventurous and flighty than Narcissa, so they don't have too much in common personality wise, but I could see them being casual friends, Livvi can be quite girly when she wants to be and loves a good shopping spree. Oh! She's good friends with Dora, too, so they could have group girly days or whatever every now and then or things like that. =) Friends?

These two would have been the same year at school, Kit was a Ravenclaw, and he's a very quiet, reserved sort. He's half vampire, but nobody at school would have known that so he'd have been seen for his mum's blood status which was Pureblood. He would have thought Narcissa a bit shallow for his liking, but he'd have been friendly and polite to her if they ever had reason to chat or anything. Now he's an Auror and in the Order so they're on complete opposite sides of the war, if either of them knew this about the other they'd probably be real enemies. XD

Tersha is about 4 years older than Cissa, but she's Pureblood and was known for being a super popular, cutthroat bitch at school, so Cissa might have heard of her in her first few years at Hogwarts before Tersha graduated. She works for the Prophet now and is known for her blunt articles, it wouldn't surprise me if she'd written something on the Malfoy's at some point, she likes to get all the best gossip about the Pureblood elite. She mixes in all of the Pureblood circles, though she's not exactly an elitist, so they'd have opportunity to interact a good bit, I'd imagine.

Two years older than her, but a Slytherin and from a Pureblood family. Jules was known for being quite the charmer and a flirt at school, he probably flirted with Cissa at some stage, maybe in his 6th or 7th year (her 4th/5th) when she was old enough, I don't know if she'd have been interested, but if she'd flirted back with him he'd have been happy to have a bit of fun with her. Now he's a werewolf but nobody knows, so he'd be happy to catch up with her if they ran into each other at some point, though his life has turned out verrry different to hers. There might be a bit of envy on his part. XD
