Lucius Abraxas Malfoy
PERSONALITY Boggart: The boggart would turn into his wife experiencing miscarriage all over again. Mirror of Erised: He sees Narcissa and him, with a little bundle of joy in her arms. Patronus: He would probably have a swan for his Patronus as his love for Narcissa is as deep as the deepest ocean. He would thought about how One of the words you can use to describe him is arrogant. And he was charming. From the moment he set foot onto this world, he captivated everybody’s heart. He was a bright kid which Abraxas and Talisa were very proud to have. He mirrored every trait a pureblood should be. He had this ability to manipulate his parents in getting what he wanted. He lived the luxurious life his Malfoy ancestors provided and would never settle for anything less. Like his father before him, he valued their blood purity and frowned upon those who were inferior, even during his Hogwarts time. As any pureblood should be, he was prim and proper. He was the best-looking one in his year with his startling grey eyes, sharp features, high cheek-bones, strong jaw and a platinum blonde head of hair. He had girls worshipped the ground he walked on. He usually kept his cool façade and not once he ever showed whatever he felt on the inside to the others he didn’t trust. During his Hogwarts years, he was a brilliant and hard-working student. He even made it to the Slug Club and in his fifth year he was made a prefect. He was kind and warm towards anyone who he thought was worthy of it definitely not the ones who weren’t purebloods. HISTORY Mother: Talisa Belladona Malfoy, 45, Slytherin Alumna, pureblood etc. Father: Abraxas Brutus Malfoy, 49, Slytherin Alumni, pureblood etc. Siblings: n/a Partners: Narcissa Alexia Malfoy, 23, Slytherin Alumna, pureblood, wife Others: Notts (Cousins),Travers (Cousins) Lucius was born into a very old, wealthy and privileged class of a wizarding family. He was born in the wee morning hours of 20th January 1954 to Abraxas and Talisa Malfoy. Abraxas was proud that he could continue the proud Malfoy line with an heir. The Malfoy generations had never failed to birth a boy as a firstborn and he could guaranty that his son would bring a boy to the world too. Lucius was healthy and barely fell sick during his childhood. He was an active boy and his mother could barely contain him when he had his energy peaked, usually when it neared bedtime. Lucius was homeschooled like any other children from wizarding families. Lucius often entertained himself by reading books in his family’s enormous library. He started with light reading before he eventually turned to darker reading material. His father noticed this but he let his son dive into the dark world to follow his footsteps. He was proud that Lucius had the same interest as he was. He taught the boy to be selfish and those purebloods were the most superior beings on the earth. He taught him than people that were half-bloods, muggleborn and muggles were all inferior to them. That he should never associate himself with them. He was taught to hate them with all his heart and that they don’t deserve to have magic, they don’t even deserve to live. By the time he reached six years old and was able to understand things perfectly, he was taught to be a proper pureblood. He no longer have much time to play though sometimes his father had to let him play whenever his friends brought their kids to their manor. He had to learn etiquette and how to behave himself as a pureblood. He was required to learn few languages such as French and Latin more seriously than he did during his younger years. He spent most of his time with a tutor and only taking breaks when needed. He stayed in the library during his free time and continued to read such dark materials and he already finished five very thick books by the time he reached seven. Lucius received his Hogwarts letter as soon as he turned eleven. He was ecstatic but as his father taught him before, he smiled his very small smile and waited for his father to bring him to the Diagon Alley to get his school things sorted. His first wand was elm with a dragon heart-string core, 12¾ inches. Then he went for school robes fitting before buying needed books. During his first train ride, he sat with a bunch of his friends he knew since birth, as their fathers held the same beliefs. They rode the same boats across the lake, and were sorted into the same house, Slytherin. And he was proud of being sorted where his parents once were. He quickly made friends with his fellow housemates and ignore the ones that weren’t a pureblood. His father told him not to showcase his hate towards the inferior too much so he settled with death glares to them whenever they tried to communicate with him. He was a perfect student. He was very hard-working and brilliant. He always submitted his homework on time and his essays never had a double digit written on them by his professors. It was always triple. By his fifth year, he was made a prefect. His parents was so proud of him that his father sent him the Malfoy ring, inherited from his father before him claiming he was finally worthy of truly being a Malfoy. He never took off that ring since then. He was dubbed the school’s potions master because he was so good at it. He passed O.W.Ls with flying colors and made it to sixth year unscathed. By this time, he had girls swooning at the sight of him. His cold façade added attractions to his already handsome face and that made the girls giggled whenever he walked past them. Honestly they looked so ridiculous. When he entered seventh year, a family friend asked him to be a tutor for their failing daughter. And that was when he found the one. Unlike any other girls, this one hated him so much. But she still had to bear with him as she needed him to pass her classes in order to enter the next year. Besides tutoring her, he also sweet-talked her to make her fall heads over heels with him but to no avail. She always brushed him off and rolled her eyes and raised her brow. He never gave up nonetheless. He continued to pursue her until one day, she didn’t roll her eyes anymore, but instead, she blushed. Lucius knew then she had fallen in love with him but she tried to deny her feelings, but he could wait for her to be sure of her feelings. So he kept wooing her. After a few months, Lucius prayers were answered. The woman of his dreams returned his feelings. This woman was capable of calming himself down; she was the one to make him very happy. Narcissa made him want to keep his chin up and she was the only one who would be there when he was down. She was his best friend. The only best friend he could ever have. Lucius helped her when she was at her most vulnerable, and they both gave each other their strength to keep on with their lives. There was only one thing playing on Lucius’ mind, he wanted to make this woman his wife. The summer holidays had come, and they board the train together. They sat in the same compartment and spent the rest of their journey wrapped in each other’s arms. Before they parted and leave with their own families, they had their first kiss. And it had woken up everything inside him. It was wonderful. They kept in touch during the summer and often see each other to keep the longing at the minimum. Before Narcissa went back to Hogwarts, Lucius went to the Blacks to have dinner with her and her family. Lucius didn’t fear her parents as he knew the Blacks would never rejected a union between the Malfoys and the Blacks. Narcissa often send him letters saying she missed him and that made his heart fluttered every time. He replied the letters saying he missed her too and he made sure he enclosed his rather ravishing pictures. When Hogsmeade weekend started, Lucius would never miss meeting her there. They would take walks and which was short because Narcissa always get cold quickly and they had to get indoor. Usually it was the Three Broomsticks. They would find a secluded corner and snuggled (read: snogged) each other until she was warm again. Narcissa seems to be doing weaker after the holidays, but nonetheless, she graduated Hogwarts. Lucius often invited her to the manor and with time, the once sallow-skinned, thin and frail Narcissa came back to life. She was happy at the manor even without him there when he was working and his parents liked her. They treated her like their own daughter and he was glad. Who wouldn’t like her? She was a woman that a man could only dream of. Lucius proposed to her a year later. She was ecstatic and he never saw he smile that wide. They got married a year later. It was a grand ceremony and Narcissa looked like a goddess in her white wedding dress. Their honeymoon was great and they went back home in Wiltshire when she discovered she was pregnant. Both of them were beyond ecstatic. But the happiness didn’t last long. She had miscarried. She was devastated and Lucius did whatever he could do to wipe the tears away from her eyes. They continued to try for a baby after Narcissa was healthy. They faced the same fate. She miscarried again. She was a sobbing mess when the blood pooled around her feet. Lucius hugged her tight to calm her down. Finally, in sometime during autumn in 1978, she fell pregnant again. Both of them were elated and hoped for the best. To their content, the pregnancy went well until one day, during their routine checkup, the baby wasn’t alive. Since then, Lucius felt like Narcissa had distanced herself from him. He usually saw her spending time with herself and occasionally talked to him only when he tried to talk to her. He heard rumors about him divorcing his wife because she couldn’t give him and heir, yet. He always had the confidence in her and he believed it was still wasn’t their time to have children. He loved Narcissa so much that a divorce was not an option. He hoped that she believed him and thought the same way.
