PERSONALITY Boggart: Cordelia telling him that she isn't really a pureblood. That she was adopted by the Goyles and is actually a mudblood, making their children half-blood. What would he do in that situation? His anxiety spikes just thinking about it. Mirror of Erised: A son. He desperately wants a son to carry on the family name. Patronus: Wolf - Tavvy's happiest memory is the day he found out that his parents had arranged for him to marry his best friend. It was a shocker, and a huge relief. Tavvy is full of life and love, always smiling, affectionate, and down for an adventure, he's like a ball of sunshine: it does you good to be around him. He's a good friend, if a little flaky at times when he gets carried away with whatever he's doing and forgets to meet you. He's a fantastic brother, adoring his siblings, he has all the time in the world for them, and actually feels a bit lost when they're not around. He is definitely a people person, and his door is always open to his friends and family, the more the merrier. Of course, that is if you're the right sort... Don't get me wrong, he's no monster. You half-bloods can tag along on nights out! He's all for sharing the fun, but don't take offence when he spikes your drink and leaves you for dead in an alley. His sense of fun can get a little twisted when it comes to the strong beliefs he was raised with. He is an elitist through and through, and his wicked sense of humour really is wicked when it comes to anyone who isn't pure. He's the guy who seems so down to earth and fun, until he's casually laughing in your face while you're hanging off the edge of a cliff screaming for help. He won't help, FYI. Anywho, he is a brilliant dad! He can make little Daphne laugh until she vomits, and he's a bloody top notch husband, too. He's only young, but he's a trier! He gives it his all, and being married to his best friend is a huge help, he enjoys going home to Cordy every night and playing happy families, so long as he gets to keep some semblance of freedom. He will never be unfaithful to her, he's not made that way, and honestly, if you ignore the paragraph above, he is a bloody first class chap who you would be lucky to be friends with. He had a shock of red hair, and as soon as he learned how to smile, it was hard to wipe it off of his face. He was a happy baby, and played well with his siblings. He just loved company and being entertained, and having a large family suited him well, he always had someone to chat to, or play with. He also had an adventurous streak that was hard to satisfy, and it got him into a few scrapes here and there as he grew up, but nothing too serious, or anything a quick trip to St. Mungo's couldn't sort. He went to Hogwarts with a spring in his step, knowing he already had friends from day one thanks to his parents and their rich social circles. He was sorted into Slytherin, rightly so, and took to his studies nicely, particularly enjoying Transfiguration and Charms. He joined the Quidditch team and impressed girls on the pitch, though he never really had any serious girlfriends. The closest girl to him aside from his sisters was his best friend Cordelia, who he had known since they were little, everyone else was kept at arms length, because, well, he knew there was no point. He would be given a wife as soon as he graduated. It was his duty to marry and produce an heir. He was okay with that, but it did hinder his dating life through school. He graduated without much of an idea about what he wanted to do for a career, but he was sue his dad would help him secure something respectable. He went into the Ministry right away and did a bit of office work, gaining a reputation around the place as a lovely guy. The "right sort". His parents sat him down a few months after graduation and told him that they had found a match for him: Cordelia Goyle. Shocked wasn't the word for it. Tavvy was so relieved that he wouldn't be lumped with some random woman he didn't really know, forced to make do. Cordy was his best friend, and she was beautiful. He had never gone down that route before, but he was sure kissing her and sharing a bed with her in a non-platonic way would be easy enough. They were married within a couple of months, and little Daphne put in an appearance the next year. Tavvy has just landed a position as a Muggleborn Interceptor at the Ministry, a job he is looking forward to doing, and Cordy is newly pregnant with baby number two.
