No drinks and a stroppy cow. Well this was a disappointing change of scenery, but Liss felt happier than ever and she wrapped her arms around Neve, giving her what felt like the warmest hug imaginable. Was she covered din fur? Were they bears? Oh how Liss wished they were bears right now. "Let's try that guy," She said, pointing to a handsome guy over near the bar. He was tall and attractive and no doubt he'd help them find some drinks.

As Liss waked through the Veil of Euphoria she took a deep breath, taking a moment to spin under the vapours and really absorb as much as she could. Liss could feel the rush of endorphins flowing through her, lifting her mood even higher than it was before. Liss could have sworn she was walking on clouds as she giggled and spun her way into the club. She walked into the club, following the thumping of the music, her body swaying, a euphoric smile on her face as she and Neve danced their way to the dance floor.

The Starlight! Lissa giggled with glee and there was a little hop to her step as she walked with Neve to the Starlight. She hoped there would be enough people there that it wouldn't be lame, but not too many that they had to wait outside for too long. Neve had pull with the owner, who apparently had told her she could get half priced drinks, so Lissa was fully on board with The Starlight and hoped, that with any luck, they wouldn't have to queue to get in. "Yas babe!" She cheered! "Avery ..." She said, thinking out loud, the name sounding familiar, "Is he the really cute one?" She asked, "And if so, is he single?" she'd snog a cute club owner if it meant skipping queues and not having to pay full price for drinks, although the real plus side was hooking up with a hottie.

Quite a few drinks down and Lissa was having an amazing time with Neve. The music was loud and everybody was having a good time. Lissa checked every now and. Then to see if there was anyone hot enough to dance with, but the hottest pieces of ass on the dance floor were her and Neve, so she stuck with her bestie. "Yeah!" She shouted over the music, having no idea what it was that Neve had said, but it didn't matter too much because Autumn Vexx was playing and the whole place was pulsating with life, and just in time, two hotties took to the dance floor and wasted no time in making their moves on clearly the two only worthwhile women on the dance floor - Neve and herself.

Liss made it to the bar without getting distracted by some hot body. She was even able to order a round of drinks that looked as though it were for four people but was in fact just for her and Neve before she spotted a Mr Tall, Dark and Sexy down the other end of the bar. She waved coyly, while giving him a look to suggest he should definitely come see her and ravish her on the bar, instead he spoke to a bartender who spoke to the bartender serving her. Her bartender placed the drinks on a tray and told Liss the bill was taken care of. Liss didn't like that some handsome stranger she was flirting with at a bar didn't immediately come to her side and start hitting on her, but she was happy with the outcome, free drinks were okay, she supposed, so she winked, blew a kiss to the guy and hovered the tray over to the coffee table that was certainly not going to see any coffee tonight. "Tall, dark and smoking hot at the bar shouted the drinks." She said, shooing Neve's feet out the way and sitting herself down, "I wonder if he's with anyone," She mused, turning to face Neve even more so it didn't look as though she was staring at the hot guy, but giving Neve the opportunity to try and spot him and see if he was with anyone, "Can you see him?" She asked. It was too early to hook up with anyone for the night, but maybe a good snog would have him following her around like a puppy for the evening until Liss was fed up with him and wanted a new toy.

The Rellik Tavern was not the sort of place for two sexy ladies such as themselves to visit. There was a known type that frequented that tavern and they were not it, not even slightly. Neve was far too much of a sparkling diamond to ever survive in a rough place like that, and Lissa simply couldn't stand then men that looked as though they had a troll for a grandfather. Admittedly the idea that a couple of hit guys had gone in there meant she would possibly consider making her way in if she was with the right sort of friend, but tonight was not the night for adventures of that sort, tonight was for a girly night! "What are you going to have? I'm going to start with that pink candy floss cloud that rains the cocktail into your glass." She grinned. Pink, sugary and delicious! With the Ambrosia Lounge not too far ahead, Lissa could practically taste the cocktail she could see so clearly in her minds eye.

Long, delicate fingers ran through loose blonde waves. The day had been long and Lissy’s hair was twisted and kinked and curled form having been tied up in a bun all day long. She had long blonde hair that was usually straight and kink-free, but you’d never know it this evening. Liss was in need of a little fun. The work week had been killer with more potions required than ever. Tonight people seemed to be in the party mood as she was preparing all kinds of extra special elixirs - nothing illegal, however there were certainly some people up for partying tonight! Lissy was only too happy to oblige; for a decent price. Some of her regular customers had been in, a few one offs and a few people she’d brewed for before but that couldn’t quite be classed as regulars, at least not yet.

With her potion pantry full at work she was taking the weekend off. Usually the weekend was busy, people wanting party potions for Friday and Saturday, usually those same people wanting a potion to perk them up again for Monday morning. The weekend was never slow and being the best potioneer in the business, Liss always took it upon herself to make sure that her clients were always happy. Luckily Jules was a good salesman. Charming and good looking. The ladies loved him. There was certainly a higher female clientele thanks to Julian’s charm. She was bloody glad she’d got him a job at Slugs and Jiggers, and even more glad that he’d actually stuck around. She’d half expected him to bugger off a month after working, and even that she thought was a generous time frame.

Ready for a night out of fun with Neve, Liss had taken her time getting ready. She was probably cutting it a bit close for arriving on time, but Neve knew what she was getting into when agreeing to a night out with Liss! The blonde was rarely on time, even for work, but that was okay, as a potioneer she could claim potions would be ready when they were ready, she had a demand to keep up with, but it wasn’t a fixed, hard deadline. Thinking of ‘hard’ things, Liss touched up her pink lipstick carefully in the mirror by the front door before she placed the lid back on and slipped the lipstick away into her clutch.

Shutting the door behind her Liss didn’t wait around for long. A quick check up and down told her there were no muggles about, not that it mattered with these new laws and all but she supposed she did it out of habit and not wanting to be called a ‘witch’ out in public. She arrived at the corner of Mystic Alley, pushing a stray strand of hair off her face, her hair back up in a bun, only a well styled one rather than one she just threw up for the likes of work. “Never have I ever ... slept with the owner of that establishment.” She smirked as she pointed to The Starlight Speakeasy, striding her way over to Neve, knowing she was a few minutes late, but come on, it was a girls night! She had to make sure she was looking her absolute best!
