PERSONALITY

Boggart: A shark. When she was a child back home in Hawaii, she once saw a family friend get attacked by a shark near the beach they lived by, and though she is happy to play in the shallows, she won't swim in the ocean any more.
Mirror of Erised: Herself with a bun in the oven. She doesn't even really care if there's a father on the scene, Kiki just longs to be a mother one day, and the older she's getting, the stronger the desire. She'd happily achieve the dream by herself.
Patronus: Manta Ray - All of Kiki's happy memories involve going home. Being on the beach, soaking up the sun, getting lost in the tradition of her family and ancestors. It's beautiful, and it makes her soul happy every time she returns back to her roots.

Kiki is a ball of love, but not the sunshine and daisies kind, they're far too innocent for her. She is alllll woman. Confident, sassy, sexy, self-assured, straight-talking, all the "s" words. Her brother tells her she's so confident because she's the oldest sibling and it's her job to be sure of herself so he and Nala can follow suit, but Kiki doesn't buy that. She knows it's just in her bones, it's who she is and she couldn't change if she wanted to. She speaks her mind, she goes for what she wants in life, and she loves fiercely along the way. She is the kind of person who loves to nurture others. She will feed you, she will wrap you up warm in the winter, she will bring you a drink before you even know you want one, she'll give you a comfy bed to sleep on whenever you need it - hell, you can have her bed and she'll snuggle with you. She's got a knack for caring for others, which is why she wanted to be a Healer. She loves to see that those around her are well and happy and living their best life.

As far as negative points, she can speak her mind a little bit too much sometimes. She's not afraid to piss people off if they have it coming. She won't sit on her opinions just to keep the peace, that's not Kiki's style. She likes to air grievances immediately so that everyone is on the same page, and she can really hold a grudge if you do her wrong. Like, really, really hold a grudge. She gives so much love to others that when they do something to blatantly hurt her, she finds it hard to move past that. She will eventually, like ten years down the line, but she takes her sweet time and in the meantime you cease to exist to her. She gives all the sass in arguments and can be quite dramatic when her temper takes over.

As far as love goes, Kiki is a minx. She knows she's sexy, she knows she's a hot mama, but don't think she's easy because unless you're something special she won't be jumping into your bed. She likes to feel desired, and the couple of relationships she has had in the past have been because the guy made a fuss of her. She won't do the chasing, but she will flirt shamelessly with anyone who looks good. She is loyal in love, and treats her partner like a king. Just don't expect her to stop dancing on tables and wearing skimpy outfits because she's your girlfriend. You've got her, but she needs to flaunt her stuff, don't be possessive. Kiki longs to have a baby more than anything, and the older she's getting she's starting to realise that she might not have the marriage and perfect family unit to go with that, and she's okay with it. She'll do it on her own if the right guy doesn't come along soon, and she'll be the most amazing mother on the planet.

Being born in Hawaii is something Keala Sullivan is eternally grateful for. She was a beautiful baby, with silky black hair, toddling along the beaches of her mother's native country without a care in the world. Kiki was an earth child, she loved nature, she loved burying her toes in the sand and soaking up the sun. Collecting shells and having her grandmother make them into necklaces for her was a particular favourite activity. Tutu would carefully thread the necklace, and Kiki would sit in the sand making towers with the shells until they toppled over and cracked. She would cry and Tutu would tell her to fetch some more instead of being sad. Those are some of her favourite memories.

Growing up in such a beautiful place, anyone would think it crazy to think of leaving, but when she got old enough to attend school, Kiki had a choice to make. Ilvermorny, where her mother had learned magic, or Hogwarts, her father's old school. She had never been to England, and always thought it would be mysterious and dark and beautiful, the complete opposite of her sunshine life. She knew her little brother Kal wanted to go to England, and since she was an overprotective big sister to both of her siblings, she couldn't bear the thought that Kal and Nala might go somewhere different than her. What if she chose Ilvermorny and they both went off to Hogwarts and it put so much distance between them all that it was irreversible. There was only two years between herself and Kal, they would be in school together for quite some time, and she wanted that for them, so she chose Hogwarts, and embarked on the greatest adventure of her life.

Sorted into Hufflepuff, she embodied the nurturing, caring stereotype of the house, though Kiki couldn't hide her sass. She was a straight shooter and demanded respect from the very start of her Hogwarts career, and soon became well loved for her cuddles as well as her ability to call people out on their crap (and for her fine ass in her later years). She wasn't a scholar, not by a long shot, but she did well in Herbology and Potions, and she knew from an early age that she wanted to become a Healer one day, so she worked hard with that in mind, and the subjects that wouldn't further her chosen ambition fell by the wayside over time.

Never letting anyone deter her from her chosen path, Kiki did become a Healer. She trained for a few years before getting a job as a nurse in St. Mungo's, and has spent the last ten years or so working her way up the ranks. She visits home as much as she can, and spends as much time with her siblings and niece and nephew as her job will allow - she probably smothers them, let's be honest - and though she has had a couple of long term relationships, she is currently single, and working as a Healer in the Potions and Plant poisoning ward at St. Mungo's, a place she thrives. She thought she might have been a mother by now, maybe married, maybe not, but that is her new ambition. In the meantime, she fusses over her niece and nephew, and her friends children whenever she gets the chance.
