Atlas snorted at Zach's declaration of strength, "As strong as a wet noodle." He sniggered but was cut short by a bright light shining out the door of the house they were in the garden of. The brightness caught Atlas off guard and he stumbled back, despite being told not to move. His foot landed on a rock, causing him to slip and fall. He landed on his back with a load, deep grunt and then rolled onto his side, "Mis mokay," He said, having it his tongue, but either thanks to all the drink he'd had or the freezing cold weather, or possibly even a combination of the two, he didn't feel as much pain as he probably should have, "Mime am auror, go back to meb." He said, waving with one hand while trying to push himself up with the other. "We have everyding umber comptrol." He said in clearly his most reassuring voice ever.

Atlas just about heard Zach mention something about the wood and his nuts and figured that Zach was having some ball issues too, ball issues that seemed to send him flying into a tree. At first Atlas laughed his arse off, his broom shaking beneath him and dropping him a couple of feet, then he felt a little concern for his mate, but he still carried on laughing as he landed himself in the garden of a Hogsmeade resident. "Nice one." Atlas laughed, cracking up at a near naked Zach laying on the frozen grass.

"Bloody brilliant, mate." Atlas said, wide eyed as he watched Zach inspect the brooms. Atlas gave them a look and picked the one he thought looked as though it was in better condition and able to hold his weight, none of them were ideal, they all looked pretty past their prime, but they needed a way home so Atlas mounted his broom and hovered above the ground. It seemed okay so he kicked off and soared into the air surprisingly well, "Oi, where you going?" He said to Zach. Atlas wasn't certain but he was pretty sure Zach was headed further north.

Atlas looked around at the ground for the duck. It was right here. It had been here, like, literally a second ago. What was Zach on about? Why would anyone fly after it? "You're drunk." He accused, swaying a little, "Get me a broom." It made total sense to fly after the duck. Atlas knew he was a little tipsy, but that wouldn't impair his ability to hold onto a broom! He'd be able to chase a duck down, no problems. "Where's the duck? Where's my broom?" He asked, looking around as though everything was supposed to be right where he was.

Atlas blinked a couple of times before he turned, swaying with the light breeze of the wind. There was, indeed, a duck just waddling down the road. Atlas saw Zach go after the duck and Atlas stayed rooted to the spot, wondering what the hell was going on. Did they have a duck with them? He couldn't remember. It was entirely possible, he supposed. Atlas spotted Zach's grabby hands but shook his head. There was no way he was getting duck all over his jumper, not unless it was plucked and cooked with a nice dash of peking sauce, or something equally yummy, "It's busy." He said, waving his hand at Zach, "Use your own shirt." He said, turning around and looking about at where they were. Where in the bloody hell had a duck come from?

Atlas was just oblivious as to what was going on tonight. He was pretty much in Zach's hands and that probably wasn't the best place to be. Zach was great, but a little irresponsible at times, not that it mattered too much, Atlas clearly had his own issues, too. It was not a good idea to go out and get absolutely shitfaced without a responsible adult to look out for the pair of them, still, they'd survived worse nights and Atlas knew they'd live to see another wild and crazy night. "Huh?" He said, confused looking around for keys. He raised his hands but the flying keys flew over his hands and smacked Atlas square in the nose, cutting the skin in three different places and making his eyes water like a "Son of a bitch!" He yelled, "FUCK MERLIN'S BALLS!" He screamed more, placing his hand over his face and inadvertently causing himself more harm and causing him to scream yet again. The bloke from the window popped his head out once more "Get lost you pair of prats before I owl the ruddy MLE!" Atlas didn't care what the bloke was yelling, his nose felt as though it was on fire.

What was going on? Atlas was at a bit of a loss but that was't surprising. He had been drinking and he wasn't the best at holding his drink. He wasn't a lightweight, but after a few good drinks, he was usually pretty useless. Zach knew better than anyone and yet here they were in a strange situation that Atlas wasn't fully comprehending. Thankfully it seemed Zach had his wits about him, although Atlas was at least aware enough to know that Zach could be having him on, but that was fine, Zach had his trousers off and so it wasn't too strange that Atlas did too, they would be semi-naked weirdos together, although there was a decent chance that Zach would score, even looking like a numpty.

As soon as Zach muttered to Atlas to run, Atlas ran. He managed to keep up with Zach, having no idea where he was going nor where he'd come from. Everything passing by went so as a blur, the bushes had scratched his legs and the weather was cold, but Atlas didn't notice a thing. When they finally came to a stop, Atlas looked bad to the way he thought they'd come from, "Wha's goin' on?" He asked, looking to Zach and quirking his brow high.
