Regina followed Sirius's story just fine. It wasn't as if it was the first time she'd heard it. When he got drunk he did like to tell her as many stories as he could about his escapades with his fellow Marauders - and it was always with them. Sirius didn't seem to have any other friends, or maybe he just didn't talk about them around her, but there were a few stories she'd heard a time or two before but she wouldn't let on, she'd always act as though they were new and fascinating to her. She'd do just about anything for her husband, although in her mind it was literally anything.

Time went on and Regina was captivated by Sirius. His smooth talking voice, slightly slurred speech and hand sliding its way seductively up her thigh was a surefire sign that he was ready to step things up to the next level and Regina was nothing but receptive.

Regina slipped her own hand onto Sirius' thigh but it didn't stay there for long, she crept it up to his crotch where she not-so-subtly hinted at what she was after, applying a little pressure so he could feel her hand through his trousers. She knew what she was doing, she'd encouraged his drinking on nights like this for a while now, it was the only way he'd touch her and she was fine with that, because once she was pregnant, she knew he'd do the right thing and make their relationship a proper marriage. "There's another drink upstairs with your name on it and you can unwrap and early Christmas present." She purred into his ear, jingling the bells on her bow. That would have to be his final drink, she thought. She knew how many was too many for her husband, she was a perfect wife after all, and too many didn't mean he couldn't handle his drink and would pass out, but more because he couldn't keep it up and she needed it.

The evening was amazing! Sirius had so many stories and Regina was hooked on every word. He had her laughing and even unable to believe some of his tales but he assured her it was all true and she took him at his word. "You guys get into so much trouble!" she laughed, knowing it was just in their natures. They were such amazing friends and Regina knew that they were family to Sirius so it was really important that she got on with them if she was going to have a successful relationship with her husband. "Oh!" She said, not realising Sirius' drink had gone dry, "Of course," She said, hopping up at once and grabbing his drink. His little playful smack gave her cause to giggle and she ran off to fix him up a drink at the bar, "But what happened to James's watch? Did you guys manage to get it back?" She asked as she mixed the drinks, it didn't take long at all before she was returning to her husband, passing him his drink and settling in beside him, ready to hear more, keeping count of how many drinks Sirius had had. He was almost ready for her to start undoing his pants, although she liked to make sure he was fully into it before giving it a go, the idea of rejection from her husband after such a splendid night was preventing her from just climbing on his lap and snogging his face off, but after this drink, or probably during, she was fairly certain she could slip her hand into his trousers and it'd be the start of the end to another of their wonderful, magical evenings together.

Regina quickly pursed her lips and tried not to laugh at Sirius' reaction. She smirked and coughed slightly to try and make it seem as though she wans't laughing. Honestly, they were a bunch of wankers and she was well aware of that, but she couldn't laugh, could she? Some of those people were her friends and family. It would be rude to laugh, even if no one else was aware of it. She respected Sirius' stance, however. She'd asked twice, gotten a couple of different 'no's, and that was good enough for her. He wouldn't go, be she sure would be going and she could make an excuse for Sirius, although did anyone expect him to show up? His parents were probably hopeful for an appearance from him, but they'd surely know better by now. She'd be there to see them, they were her new parents-in-law after all!

Sirius left the table while Regina was still eating. It was exceedingly rude but she didn't mind, she knew that he'd been very used to living on his own before she came along. She ha d a couple more mouthfuls of food and drink before she wiped her mouth with her napkin and sent the dishes flying off to the kitchen. She'd take care of those later, right now she had to make sure her husband was comfortable so she made her way into the lounge and sat herself down gently beside her husband, sighing contentedly at how perfect their life was.

"Happy Christmas, James." Regina smiled, enjoying the rapport Sirius and James had with one another. It was so playful and jovial, it certainly suited the season. Regina really wished to see more of them together, perhaps if today went well then they would arrange something at hers and Sirius' place next time. She wasn't sure of where Remus or Peter lived, but she was certain it wouldn't have had as much space as the Potters home or theirs.

Turning about a little as the front door opened once more, Regina looked to see Remus making his way in. She'd kind of hoped for Peter, she rather liked him, after all, without him she wouldn't have overheard the conversation between him and Sirius about today and she might have been left home alone which would have been frightful, but Remus was okay, she supposed. She didn't really know him well enough to judge. Well, she hoped to change that in good time! All of Sirius' friends would grow to love her and then Sirius would realise how amazing she was and fall head over heels in love with her, just as she was with him. Plus having a baby would help that along. "Hello, Remus." She smiled, "Happy Christmas."

The sounds of little Henry came from upstairs and Remus offered to go up and fetch the little one. Regina followed Sirius to the Christmas tree where he placed a present for Henry. Oh, Harry, she realised as she read the tag. She'd known that, she'd known his name it just didn't matter to her all that much. "I'm sure he won't be long, darling." She smiled, placing her hand gently on his back, rubbing it gently before she looked over to James, "And where's the radiant Mrs Potter?" She smiled, using marital names in the hopes that someone might refer to her as 'Mrs Black', something that was quite the thrill! "Does she need a hand with anything?" Regina asked, figuring the best way to get in with Sirius' friends would to be as helpful as possible while putting on a happy face.

Christmas morning had been perfect! Regina had been awake, laying beside Sirius for well over an hour before he began to stir. Once he started making his little waking moans Regina had snuck down under the blankets to wish him a very merry Christmas. After that it was time for presents. She'd absolutely spoiled him and she was fairly certain he loved everything! He'd gotten her some nice luggage pieces for her tours. She thought they were amazing, but she certainly wouldn't be needing them all too often, not if she could get pregnant quickly! Once they had a baby Sirius would love her the way she loved him. All it would take was seeing her as a mother and he'd be smitten. Her plan was basically flawless!

With their morning over with and the pair of them ready for Christmas with Sirius' friends, the pair headed to the Potters cosy home where Sirius let himself in. Regina smile, stepping in after her jovial husband before shutting the door behind her. It felt as though she was stepping in to the world of the unknown. She knew of Sirius' friends, she'd met them all before, but in this capacity, as his wife, on Christmas day, it was all terribly exciting! Sirius, of course, was the life of the party, even though it was only the two of them in the beautifully decorated living room. It wasn't as beautiful as their home, but then again what could you expect from a muggleborn? Regina chuckled as Sirius claimed they loved having him over, "Well they're not idiots." At least they didn't seem like idiots, so of course they loved Sirius' company. It would be insane not to be captivated by the charm of Sirius Black!

"Cheers." She smiled happily, raising her glass and taking a sip of her drink. Regina felt she had tried very hard to make a perfect evening for Sirius and the fact that he had stuck around instead of walking out the door certainly meant that he was getting used to having her in his life so often. Regina felt that she was so fortunate to have such a marvellous husband, there was barely a thing about him that she would change. All she wanted was to see him more often and have his child. She loved her singing career but if Sirius asked her to give it all up to have his children and be a full time house wife then she would do it, without question. "How was your day, honey?" She asked, eager to start a conversation that was more than a couple of words long. She wanted that happy flow that most couples had, that give and take in a conversation where they genuinely cared about each others experiences through the day, and if he'd had a bad day then she was more than willing to help relieve a little of his stress.
