Hazel Winifred Vector & @phouxee -- Did Sirius take Charms? Hazel was probably annoyed with all the pranks he and his friends pulled around the school and she probably dealt out a fair number of detentions over the years to this little troublemaker.

These two were two years apart in school and, while they were in different houses, I could see them being friends. Jesse was a muggleborn in slytherin house, needless to say he didn't get along with many of his pureblooded house mates. So he would have been searching for friends elsewhere. These two seem like they would have had fun, that is when he wasn't hanging out with the usual gang. Jesse is very laid back, likes to have fun, is very spontaneous. Now that Sirius is working in the Ministry they would probably see one another from time to time.

@phouxee and @alvar
Alvar is a new Auror since last year in April is when he finished his training and I don't think Sirius and him were at Hogwarts same time but both are Gryffindors. Both also come from pure-blood elite families that strongly favor the dark arts, and tan sorted in Gryffindor and hated by their families now basically lol. Alvar, however, was just like rest of his family during his time at Hogwarts until a year or so after graduating, he started to change. I can see Alvar wanting to strike up a friendship with Sirius. Alvar has a reputation so far as an Auror that pushes the boundaries a lot.
