PERSONALITY

Boggart: Lilith's greatest fear is becoming ugly or deformed in any way. When face with a boggart it morphs itself into a mirror reflecting and copying Lilith only her face begins to scar, her hair begins to fall out and she just becomes hideous. 
Mirror of Erised: Lilith sees herself with more money and adored by everyone.
Patronus: Lilith cannot produce a patronus but if she could it would be a vixen. Her happiest memory to date is being told she's beautiful by pretty much anyone.

Lilith is a Princess. You would be wrong to assume anything else. She's very aware that if she'd been the first born then perhaps she would not be so favoured by her parents but she was their little Princess. A heir, a Princess and then all they needed was a spare. Of course they got two more daughters before their spar heir but it never seemed to be an issue in the Burke family. They were well off, they could afford the children they had and that greatly impacted how Lilith viewed herself and how she demanded to be viewed by others.

As a child Lilith could be bossy, it was something that would easily irritate a lot of people but not her mother and father. She learnt to make it work for her as she got older and learnt she got more of what she wanted via manipulation than straight up telling people what to do. She found that once she had realised this, people were beginning to tolerate her more, get on with her better. She could get what she wanted, have people happy do whatever she pleased, and they liked her.

Lilith was always selective of who she spent her time with. She always spent time with her four siblings but outside of them she'd only associate with those that had blood as pure as hers. Even at parties that the elite went to she avoided the likes of the Parkinsons and the Shafiqs. Of course once at Hogwarts she avoided even more people and she was never afraid to let them know what she thought of them if they ever approacehed her. It was hard being in a mixed house but Lilith made it through well enough with a couple of close (and throughly thought out and selected) friends. It all comes from her judgemental personality. She's quick to judge someone. One look and she has her set opinion. Sometimes she only needs to hear a rumour or two, never even meet the person and she has an opinion of them. Not only that but once she has an opinion of someone, it's very hard to change her mind about the person. 

Being truly pure blooded an having been raised in a family that promotes the belief of such blood being superior, Lilith has formed quite the streak of arrogance. It has managed to leak its way in to the rest of her personality. She's not on to shy away when she’s done something well. She’ll not exactly play it up but she’s not afraid to be proud of it and let her family and friends and random strangers know that she’s really rather quite fantastic. Obviously.

Lilith isn’t very fond of anger. She thinks those that are quick to anger are often dumb and ill-bred. It’s a muggle trait, something for those like Neanderthals. She prefers calm, smart, and well calculated. Discussions, heated or other wise are always welcome but she’s not one to back away from a disagreement. She’s only ever stubborn when it comes to being right. She’s not afraid to be wrong, though, but it’s exceedingly rare.

Lilith was the first born daughter of Elisabetta and Robert Burke. She was their second child born just under two years after her brother. She was absolutely doted on. Adored. Her mother, having grown up with five other sisters, was keen to have a daughter of her own. The couple had exactly what they wanted, a son and a daughter. All they needed now was one more son and then they'd decide if they wanted more children or not.

Fate had in store for them a different plan. Along came Lyra and Livia then eventually the second son they had wanted - Lysander. They were a happy family, a well loved family and very well off. 

Originally sworn to a different pure blood, Elisabetta never felt comfortable with her arranged marriage. She often sort comfort and advice from a childhood friend who she had known loved her since they were young. Elisabetta had never seen Robert in this light before and thought of him as only a friend. It was only one night, one life changing incident that changed the way Betty looked at Robert Burke forever.

Cold and frustrated, Elisabetta was planning her wedding. Her future husband had few cares about the whole thing, leaving it to the women to organise. The social elite had gathered and as the women discussed the marriage preparations, the men stood on the sidelines, occasionally talking business but not a lot else. Elisabetta's fiancé grew impatient as woman after woman came and went, taking to Elisabetta and Elisabetta alone, including his own mistress. He pulled her out of the room, noticed by many but no one dared question what the two were up to. It was clear to all there was no love there and this was not a sweet little rendezvous.

Robert followed, he was the only one that did and Elisabetta could never thank him enough. Elisabetta's fiancé was not a kind person and Robert interrupted the man raising his hand to Betty. It came down hard, fast, and fearsome. Robert caught the man by the wrist, punched him and sent him tumbling to the floor. Robert escorted Elisabetta from the party and the rest, as they say, is history.

Growing up in a loving but pure blood elitist family with a lot of money was easy. Lilith was very self centred and self absorbed. She was a driven young girl and always used to getting what she wanted. She was taught how to be a proper lady by her mother and people hired. She went to Hogwarts and was sorted in to Ravenclaw. It was all rather uneventful. Occasionally a mudblood would be scared home but there was nothing significant in her school days. She was bright, nearly the top of her year and made prefect in her fifth year. In her seventh year she was Head Girl as well as captain of the Charms club and Transfiguration club. She had little interest in Quidditch but would attend games her boyfriends would play - and she had quite a few boyfriends. She grew tired of them quickly but still maintained her innocence. 

After school was boring so Lilith got herself a job working as an assistant at Lestrange Industries. She was there as a personal assistant for two years before she began working for Pur Magazine. She still works there, enjoying her job. She interviews the elite of the elite and often writes about fashion and whatever else is taking her interest. It's a magazine aimed mainly at Pure Bloods but bot all half bloods, traitors, and muggle filth realise this.
