PERSONALITY Boggart: Letting his family down and being kicked out of said family. Mirror of Erised: Will would see himself becoming the best person and hit wizard that he can be. He would also see his siblings have successful and happy lives. Patronus: German Shepard - His happiest memory or at least the one he uses for his patronus is when he became a big brother. Will is a rather bold person. He always says what is on his mind, and doesn’t care if he will offend others or not. He also does not mind taking the lead nor volunteering for anything that is challenging or dangerous, and will not back down. He does not like to be idle, and has to always be doing something. He is happiest when he has the chance to spend time with his family, and friends but more his family than anything else. He is sort of an adrenaline junky always up for something new and exciting. And because of that it makes him love his job more than usual. Will is also a loyal person to those that have earned his trust and respect, which is also something that is hard to get. He does not trust easily, as he was taught at a young age by his father, as blind trust can lead to being used and those that you care about could get hurt. Will is also a fierce fighter and will not back down from a fight, and will not hesitate to give his life for those that he cares about or for those that can’t defend themselves. Will can be pretty hot headed once he makes up his mind and others try to change or argue with him about his opinion or thoughts regarding certain things. Which has landed him in trouble more times than he can count especially when he was a teenager. It is something that he has been working on but it is still prevalent. He was and is their firstborn son. However, one thing that he learned as he got older was his parents never favored him nor his siblings and they were all treated the same. His dad had been a curse breaker for quite some time before becoming a consultant for banks and other companies or groups that dealt in curse breaking. His mother on the other hand was a linguist, or rather someone who had a gift for languages and would offer her services as a translator that is until she had kids, at which time she decided to take time off. While he grew up with his twin sisters and his little brother, she taught them what ever languages that they wanted to learn that she knew. Will only had interest in learning a couple of them such as Gaelic, Welsh, and German. As he grew up his parents would take him and his siblings on many trips around the world when they had time for vacations. His parents instilled in him that family is everything and that it comes first before anything else. Being the person that he was and would continue to be Will took that to heart, and always put his family before anything else. Aside from traveling to different places around the world on family vacations, visiting both muggle and magical places. Aside from getting in trouble for wandering off many times, and probably giving his mother a heart attack each time, Will came to one conclusion. People were people regardless of where they came from. His childhood was pretty normal for the most part as it had its ups and downs as every childhood does. When he was eleven he received the letter that he knew was coming. The letter to Hogwarts. He couldn’t hide his excitement. Now Hogwarts was a fun and interesting experience for Will. He was sorted into Gryffindor although the hat had mentioned something about Slytherin, due to an amount of ambition and cunning that he had, but his, bold, brash, a courageous side won and he was placed into the house that his dad had been in. His classes were boring for the most part, or at least he thought so since he had to sit there and wasn’t allowed to do anything other than listen and take notes or to do the classwork. In the last semester of his first year Will had been pulled aside by the defense against the dark professor at that time. During that meeting he had been asked a simple question and one that had changed his outlook on school. It had been: “Who do you want to become?” It was the only question he had been asked that made any difference. Will thought long and hard about that and he didn’t have an answer at that time nor by the end of his first year. He wouldn’t find or figure out that answer until late in the summer before his third year. Before he found his answer, Will had been out with his friends one day and they had stumbled upon some sort of illegal trade going on at the shipyard that they usually walked by through as they went about exploring more or the muggle world. This illegal trade however was between wizards who had much more experience and knowledge than they did. One of his friends had been spotted, and most of the others had run off once they saw what was happening. But Will had stayed by his friend’s side trying to protect her and get them both out of there. Having been caught by the criminals Will and his friend had pulled out their wands to defend themselves. They were severely out matched, and they paid the price with a few broken bones, bruises, and cuts. They were being toyed with the entire time and were no match. Towards the end of their short duel a group of hit wizards and witches had been in the area and heard the noises of the duel and had come to their aid. It was in those moments that Will found out what he wanted to do after school. He wanted to become the best hit wizard that he could, in order to protect those that he cared about and those who couldn’t protect themselves. Plus, it would help him look out for his siblings and other family members. His friend had received the worst of it all but Will had one long deep gash on his left upper left arm, that would and had ended up leaving a long-jagged scar. After that ordeal Will had grown up some in his attitude and manor in which he handled things in his life. He was still laid back and liked to have a good time but he did what he could not to get into too much trouble in school or outside of it for doing dumb and stupid things, like he had before. From that point onwards, Will was able to become a much better student, and he made it a point to try and find something enjoyable in the classes that he had. Especially if they weren’t Defense Against the Dark Arts or Charms. He did well in most of them but those two where his favorite. He also joined the quidditch team as a beater for the last three years of school. The day before his sixteenth birthday, which happened to be New Year’s Eve, Will’s parents had introduced him to a friend of theirs who was a hit witch, and she had agreed to help prepare him during the summer before his final year at Hogwarts, for the training that he would undergo to become a hit wizard. It included magical training and physical training as well, since being physically fit would definitely help him in his chosen line of work. He didn’t mind either one of those all that much. He was also taught the art of occlumency. It was definitely a challenge and one that he would back down from since it would come in handy. He struggled learning it but had gotten the hang of it a few years later. By no means was nor is he a master of the art, but he can defend against legilimency for quite a while. After graduating he had gone on to training for to become a hit wizard. The training lasted a year. It was difficult and exciting to say the least but will was able to earn the top spot out of all of those that he had been trained with. During that time Will had found and developed many leadership qualities. And he had also excelled in one particular area and that was dueling/magical combat, or however you want refer to it. He was no slouch with a wand and could definitely hold his own, that is after he had been beaten quiet badly several times due to become hot headed a few times or he had gotten over confident. In the following years Will had traveled to several different countries due to his job. More recently Will has been mostly in Britain and continental Europe because of the current state of affairs in their world. His family was more than happy that he was close and not half way around the world. He has had very little time for relationships of any sort, including those with family, friends, and possible love interests. But who knows, maybe he can find time at some point in his hectic lifestyle. Also he has recently been asked to join the Order of the Phoenix but he doesn't know much about the group yet and is a little skeptical of doing so, since he doesn't know who is a part of it, and the person who had sent a discreet message trying to recruit him to that side of the fight had been way to vague in their letter. And he isn't someone who would willing entertain the offer with only the words on a piece of parchment for something as serious as this. Unless he gets a meeting face to face with whoever had sent the letter in the first place (the letter didn't have a name on it besides his) then he would carry on with his normal job, and not being a part of some group as well.
