HISTORY Mother: Lavender Warrington, 67, pureblood Father: Casper Warrington, 69, pureblood Siblings: Caspian Warrington, brother Sage Azura Warrington, sister Rosemary Warrington, sister Thyme Warrington, sister Partners: Henry Fredric Vance IV , husband, best friend Others: Cora Calliope Vance , daughter Emmeline Astraea Vance , daughter Charlotte Persephone Vance , daughter Cassius Warrington, nephew Boggart: Cora biting her sisters under a full moon. Having all three daughters become werewolves would just break her completely. Mirror of Erised: Her baby Cora cured and safe and back with her family where she belongs. Failing that, Cora being killed. A swift death that would put her out of her misery quickly. Patronus: No patronus. Though she's sure it would be a proud lioness or something else majestic. The eldest of five, Parsley always wondered why she got the worst name out of all of her siblings. Did her parents taste just get better? No, that couldn't be it. They were all named after herbs of some sort, and her mother, Lavender, insisted that Parsley was a beautiful name. Pffft. Parsley insisted on being called Leelee. It was cuter, but still not good enough. Why she never changed her name is a mystery. Maybe it grew on her. Like a herb. Anyway, she was a lovely child. Proud, theatrical, loving, always wanting the prettiest and best toys. Even when she became a big sister she was glad Caspian was a boy because he had boy toys, and she got to keep all of the pretty things. By the time she got her first sister she was almost ready for Hogwarts, and so she never bonded with her sisters like she might have liked to (though she did bond with them once they were all grown, being a mother hen to them all). She was sorted into Gryffndor, which suited her nicely. Yes, Slytherin might have been better because she was a pureblood princess, but she liked being in the tower. She liked bossing people around, she liked being looked up to and preening and being popular and confident and all of those lovely things. She was gorgeous and she knew it. Boys wanted to date her, girls were jealous of her, but Leelee always felt kind of alone. They all saw the mask she wore every day, the beauty queen, the sex kitten, the perfect pureblood princess. She wanted more than that. She needed more than that. She didn't find it until she was older, but Henry Vance quickly became her closest confidant. He was older and handsome, and while she wasn't madly in love with him like she had thought she might be, she found that he made her feel less alone than her friends and peers did. He wasn't courting her just because she was beautiful. They had real conversations, they had a deep trust, and she found that she admired his ability to claw his way to the top no matter what odds were against him. She liked that. It promised an amazing future with him. Her father wasn't happy about it, but she flouted and pouted and even though it took a few years for Henry to prove himself, when he eventually proposed, she made sure that there was no way anyone was saying no to him, especially not her father. So they married, and she became a partner in Henry's company as well as his life. She felt seen, heard, loved. Maybe they didn't have that mad passion that other couples had, but they had more important things that would still be there when that passion faded for other couples. They had staying power. They had money. They had three beautiful daughters. And then it all fell apart. Their eldest daughter, Cora, was bitten by a werewolf, which was possibly the worst news Leelee could have received. She'd rather hear Cora had died, but no, her precious firstborn baby girl was now a monster. It devastated Leelee, she was absolutely heartbroken, and even more so when she and Henry realised what they would need to do. They couldn't have a werewolf in the family. They couldn't be seen to condone that. It would ruin them. So they made the decision to cut Cora out, which was a wonderful way for Leelee to lose a few pounds through stress. She cried every night for months, worrying about Cora, but she knew they'd done the right thing, and she was not one to back out on her decisions. Her pride was too strong. Even when Emmy and Lottie took Cora's side and her heart broke all over again, she would not back down. She would not be ruined. Besides, Henry would fix it. He would fix it all, she had faith in that, faith in him. It's only a matter of time before things get better again. OOC Play By: Catherine Zeta Jones Your Alias: Izzy Pronouns: Her/she.
