Mirror of Erised: Two sons, an heir and a spare, as they say. A load more gold. Patronus: No patronus, but Rupert's happiest memory was marrying his wife ... or more specifically marrying into her great wealth. Overcompensating was, and still is, a huge part of Rupert's life. He was a small kid, easily the smallest of the kids his year and the year below, but he was freakishly strong fro his size. His tiny little fists not only packed a punch but they were bony. His childhood held no boundaries, the only rule was 'leave your sister alone' and so he did, happily. She was too little and girly for him to play with, but if anyone spoke an ill word about her, he absolutely pummled them. Once Rupert was off to Hogwarts he was sorted into Slytherin. His aggression didn't work so well in the world of Hogwarts where people could just hex him, but he still got into a few fights here and there, and a lot of detentions. Luckily, during his teen years, his hormones kicked in and the shrimp of a kid grew to six foot tall. Girls became interested in him and he wasn't going to turn them away. Rupert had a newfound confidence but that didn't stop the fist-fights entirely. He was still a cocky shit and it aided him well. He did great in school and strived to get a job as a respectable member of society, someone that demanded respect. His first thought was to aim high, go for the Minister of Magic, and make his way in the world of politics, but he was a half-blood, and it was plain to see to anyone with their eyes open that purebloods would be leading the wizarding world and there would be no place for a half-blood beside the menial stuff, so he threw himself into becoming a healer. Someone that saved lives would never be looked down upon, and he could work hard and gain himself a prestigious position within Saint Mungo's. Sure enough Rupert managed to get a position in Saint Mungo's after graduating. As a fully fledged Healer he joined the Creature Induced Injuries ward where he's worked hard. He's a natural leader and he's just waiting to be promoted any day now. But what of his private life? With all his charm it wouldn't be a surprise if he stayed single forever, but Rupert knew better, he wanted to be rich, he wanted respect and so he married the eldest daughter of a respectable pureblooded family. She was the second child with an older brother, so not an heir by any means, but her family adored her and so he knew she'd never be left without. He was a Healer, and while he wasn't wealthy, her parents approved enough after they'd met him and he'd charmed the pants off of them, their children, when they had them, would be purebloods, and that was all her parents really cared about. So life is good right now, he's after a promotion, he's trying for a child with his wife and, with any luck, he'll be rid of his in-laws soon! Life is sweet.
