PERSONALITY Boggart: blackness, isolation Mirror of Erised: he will never speak a word of what he would witness in the mirror you if you guessed itmight have something to do with Lily Patronus: Doe, he thinks of the day when he and Lily were at the garden, and he witnessed her magic for the first time. There is so much about Severus that some may or may not know. It seems that it is customary to judge people on the negative so, shall we start there? When people gossip about the Slytherin boy they are quick to make fun of his reclusive nature. Making snide comments that he must think himself so high and mighty of himself because of his vast knowledge in everything magical. When you hear those comments for so long, you begin to believe it. He is aware that people were uncomfortable because of his intelligence, but used the fact he was a loner to gang up on him. Due to his upbring and the same brutal actions that he experienced at Hogwarts, it was second nature to mistrust others and their intentions. He found he worked better off alone, further isolating himself. But through all of these traumatic events he had to experience in his life, he learned how to use his wit effectively and become rather cunning at a early age. Through having to deal with his school yard bullies, he learned how to fight not only with magic and fist but with sarcasm. But he also developed a nasty habit of being rather vindictive. Despite being judged so harshly, he had to learn to carry himself with grace and dignity. When he found something that he loved, he would be dedicated himself to it and would defend it until his dying breath. He was passionate and driven, and he holds others to follow through just the same or else they are not going very far in life. HISTORY Mother: Eileen Snape, 40's, Slytherin Alumni, Pureblood. Father: Tobias Snape, 40's, muggle. Siblings: N/A Partners: N/A Others: N/A Severus life is not a pleasant one. He was born in the industrial distract of England in a run down home on Spinner’s End. For whatever reason, his PureBlood mother fell under the influence of a crass muggle male by the name of Tobias Snape. A vile man who struggled to control his rage. He did not like to be told what to do and would unleashed his angry on his mother and at times when he spoke up to the violence he would experience the abuse as well. He learned to preoccupy himself with learning as much as he could about all thing magic, looking desperately to getting his letter of acceptance to Hogwarts. For years he endured his solitude, longing for a friend. One afternoon he was getting away from the arguing taking place at him, wondering the river next to his home. It was then that he noticed another magical child in his neighborhood, giving him hopes for a friend. He struck up a awkward conversation to get to know the girl and found her caring nature comforting. He tried to overlooking the fact she was muggle born and they soon became good friends. It did not take long for him to fall in love...despite their young age. They spent a lot of time together and even got their letters in the mail on the same day, reading them to each other that afternoon by the river. They even sat next to each other on the train, he spent the whole time hoping they were both sorted in the same house. But, fate had split them apart. They were sorted into rival houses and began to drift apart. And it did not help that were was James Potter and his merry band of marauders. Due to his recluse nature, Severus was a easy target for them. He spent years getting bullied and watching Lily come to split them apart. This forced Snape to grow closer to his housemate, ones that were all for blood supremacy. This put a great strain on his friendship with Lily but he felt it justified her hanging with the likes of Potter and his goons. He tried to take his mind off of the affections he had for Lily by burying himself into his studies, working on a plan for the future to impress his Love when James pushed his final button. After making a fool of him in front of everyone in the library, Severus snapped. He lashed out at the goons that attacked him when Lily stepped in, trying to put a stop to it when the noticed his housemate gather behind him. It was then he felt the true separation from her...and the words left his mouth. He slipped and called her a mudblood. Instant regret filled him when her green eyes stared at him in disbelief. He spent the whole night outside the Gryffindor dorms, begging to see Lily so he could apologize to her. He was turned away but managed to get her in the hall a few days after, on his knees and clutching her hand, pleading for her to forgive his ignorance. It was then she stated why she should forgive him when he had friends like his. She left him with that to think about and refused to talk to him anymore. He spend the reminding year realizing he was alone again, and he was lost. The only person he ever cared for...gone. His plans for the future were now in vain. He was now a graduate of Hogwarts and needed direction in his life when he was asked about his loyal to Dark Lord. They used his vulnerability to lure him into the Death Eaters who gave him purpose.
