Mal is extremely claustrophobic. Mirror of Erised: More gold. It's not that she's money hungry or anything, but Mal's life is pretty much perfect, but more gold will always be welcome! Patronus: Dolphin - Mal's happiness comes from her family. It may have been fractured over the years from lost loved ones, but all in all they always bring her joy and happiness. Aeon being born, Nova being a stubborn toddler, Echo following her dreams. On top of that, Bear revealing his new restaurant was just incredible. She got to see her name on a building! It was completely surreal and amazing. Mal was born the youngest of two sisters. Together they grew up very close. There was a two year age gap but they were inseparable, you rarely saw one without the other and they always had each others backs. The year that Cally went off to Hogwarts was hard for Mal. She was lost without her sister. They wrote frequently to one another and Mal was always baking with her mum and sending treats off to Hogwarts for Cally. Eventually Mal went off to Hogwarts too and was sorted into Slytherin. It was a little unexpected but she fit right in. Her years at Hogwarts were glorious. Mal discovered passions she'd never really known she'd had before. She got a little bit of a reputation as a heartbreaker, but on the whole she was a decent person, or at least she liked to think so, there were times where she'd partake in a little gossip, she'd frequently hold her own against morons that were always wrong, and she could, on occasion, admit when she was wrong. After Hogwarts Mal wasn't sure what it was that she wanted to do and so she travelled, working her way across Europe, picking up on several languages and picking up all kinds of interesting and useful skills that she can still do to this day. Her life had no real direction of sorts but when she was 22 she returned to the UK for good, having only visited a home for a few weeks at a time previously. Once Mal was settled in the UK she got a job working at a bakery, as she'd learnt to bake from her mother and using all sorts of cooking methods was something she learnt to do while she travelled, but being a baker didn't really suit her, however she met an incredible guy named Bear who had just graduated Hogwarts and was following his passion for cooking, starting as a baker in a small bakery. The pair started dating and has been with ever since, married with no kids, and Mal chose to keep her own surname. Mal thought hard about careers, nothing really feeling right. She had a couple of good friends who had become Healer's and so she decided to see if that was the right career for her. It was a step in the right direction. She loved helping other people, but she found herself focusing more on their state of minds. Helping someone come to terms with incidences that surrounded their life, ones they didn't really have any control over. She became a qualified healer at the age of 25 and she branched out into psychiatry at the age of 30. She keeps up with her Healer qualifications, and she's based in St Mungo's but she sees patients from all over, not just those administered to the hospital.
