He could never play Quidditch at school because of the fear. Mirror of Erised: He inherits a fortune and can go travelling and living his life without having to worry about a career, ambitionless little sod that he is. Patronus: Sun Bear - Donny hasn't been able to produce a full patronus as of yet. When he eventually does knock one out, it'll take the form of an adorable little sun bear. Their first child was an angel, literally, Michaelangelo was called Angel for short, so little Donatello had a lot to live up to. He was cute, born with a head full of curls and a willing smile, he was a loud baby, but in a good way. He could always be heard laughing his head off at his big brother, or whatever toy he was playing with, and the sound lit up their home, according to his mother. He became a big brother when he was five, and their family grew quickly to a family of six, which wasn't unusual for his father's side of the family, who were Italian and found it odd to have just one or two children. Donny liked being in a big brood, he felt happy with company, and even his little sister, the only girl of the gang, wasn't that bad. Hogwarts was an adventure that Donny was eager for. He knew some things from Angel having already been there for four years already, but experiencing it all for himself was amazing. He was sorted into Hufflepuff, the land of food and cuddles, and that was just fine by him. Donny was a happy lad. Very laid back, easy to get along with, and always willing to make peace even when someone really pissed him off. He was very good at humouring people, and often found that others used him as a shoulder to cry on, which he never really understood, he gave terrible advice, but honestly he didn't have the heart to turn them away, so he would sit for hours listening to the woes of his friends and pretending to know what they were going through. Donny was pretty good at the unusual lessons like Care of Magical Creatures and Herbology, he found he had a knack for them, and he also did well in Divination, though he honestly had no ambitions linked to any of those subjects. His talents were wasted on him because he didn't want to be a botanist or a magizoologist, and he definitely wasn't going to be some mumbo-jumbo psychic tea leaf reader. He's never really been the ambitious type, and working at the family ice cream parlour seemed like an alright option for him when he left school. What else should he do? He's young, he doesn't have to have it all figured out yet, does he? His dad thinks so, but he still keeps Donny on in a regular role making and serving ice cream at Florean Fortescue's, the family business. Donny's doing alright. The girls he dates like getting free ice cream and sneaking into the back for snog-a-thons, he makes enough money to rent a flat above one of the shops in Diagon Alley (thanks to dad paying him more than he should), and he's just got himself two new puppies, Shredder and Splinter, who he is smitten with.
