KIDNAP & MURDER Yesterday, Heath Parkinson, 49 year old stock broker and investor, was found murdered after a secret kidnapping and having been held hostage along with his wife for a month. Rebekah Parkinson, 43 year old socialite, was with her husband when the kidnapping occurred, according to Hit Wizard reports and the latest conference. The pair were kept for a little over a month after having being taken from the comfort of their own beds after arriving home late from a recent trip to New Zealand. The couple were allegedly held captive in a small shipping container with only a bucket between them. Once a day a single, cold meal was pushed through a make-shift slot for the couple to share. Mrs Parkinson firmly recalls the dim light and their captor or captors never talking. Only the sound of heavy footsteps coming to the door, pushing the food into the confinement, and then walking away again. Through their terrible ordeal, Mr and Mrs Parkinson we kept together up until the last week when Mrs Parkinson was allegedly knocked unconscious with a spell and taken from the shipping container. She was given what she describes as a ‘luxurious and clean room as if plucked from a five star hotel in Paris.’ but despite Mrs Parkinson’s luxury accommodations, Mr Parkinson was not so fortunate. Mrs Parkinson says she was allowed to escape, knowing the location of her room. She left as soon as she could and alerted authorities who scoured Mrs Parkinson’s room and surrounding lands. Mr Parkinson was discovered in the small shipping container, deceased, appearing to have starved to death. It is believed Mr Parkinson was embezzling funds and had left clients bankrupt. It is speculated by some that an all too unhappy client kidnapped the married couple and saw to it that Mr Parkinson met an untimely end. Mrs Parkinson has since been returned to her family. |
