Born in the middle of a gargantuan family - seven before her, five after her - Heidi has always had to make sure she's heard if she doesn't want to fade into the background. She was a bold and bright tot, toddling around the family castle, tugging on sleeves and skirts for attention, making people giggle with her sunny ways. She always had someone to play with, which was fun, but she did like to be the centre of attention so it was difficult learning to share at first. As she got older, things got easier. Half of her older siblings were already gone off to Hogwarts or living their adult lives, and she got more of her parents time sometimes, when the babies weren't hogging them, that is. She was good with the littlest ones. She would sing for them and entertain them and they were always an eager audience, which Heidi loved.

When it was time for her to go to Hogwarts, she was sorted into Hufflepuff, which was no surprise given their family's history with the house. She loved being there, she had family there, most of her siblings had slept in the dorms there and lounged on the couches in the common room. It was lovely. She made friends easily, being outgoing and adorable. Okay, so some people thought she was a bit much, but those people don't matter! She's not the most studious person, coasting by with decent grades but knowing she could do better if she put her mind to it. She's just not really into learning, though, she'd rather be singing, dancing, and entertaining her friends! She's about to start her fifth year, and she's excited to see her friends again after the summer holidays and have another year of fun.
