Boggart: As a kid she often had a recurring nightmare that the sweets in her parent's shop would come alive and eat her. Now, she still loves to eat sweets, that's never going to change, but that nightmare... *shudder*

Patronus: Butterfly - Summer's happiest memories are things from her childhood. Laughing with her siblings, eating sweets after closing at the shop, camping in the back garden, and of course, every cuddle from her pygmypuffs and other pets.

She was supposed to be born at the end of summer, hence her name, but Summer was so comfy in her mum's belly that she stayed in there for almost three weeks longer than she should have. Her mum wasn't bothered, she said she could stay until she was ready, which is the kind of nurturing, understanding mother she is, and Summer did come when she was ready, right at the end of September. That's sort of summer, right? In some parts of the world? Let's pretend it is, because the thought of this girl being anything other than summery is just incomprehensible. She was the happiest, bonniest, smiliest baby in the world. With blonde curls and big blue eyes, she was a ball of sunshine, always able to put a smile on her parents or siblings faces. She was the eldest of the Belrose clan, but she gained five siblings over the years, and was amazing with them all. Patient, caring, kind, and very gullible when it came to being manipulated by her brothers and sisters, she adored them all, even when they were being naughty. Okay, maybe not then, but she would never show it to them if they got on her nerves. She was the eldest, she should set a good example, right?

In private, Summer had ambitions. She wanted to be a vet until she realised that it would mean helping animals to die sometimes. She couldn't deal with that, and so she switched goals slightly and decided that she would help humans instead. She had a small menagerie of pets, adoring pygmypuffs, which she had a cage full of in her bedroom. Her parents owned a sweet shop, and were able to comfortably buy their kids the things they wanted, though they were never spoiled. Summer only got the basics when she went to Hogwarts. Robes, books, basic supplies, and a cat, because owls aren't as cuddly. She was sorted into Hufflepuff where she made some amazing friends for life, and though she wasn't the brightest student, she was friendly and popular, and had the smarts to get by in whatever situations life threw her way.

When she graduated, Summer went straight into training at St. Mungo's. She ended up in the Creature Induced Injuries ward as a Healer, which was perfect for her because sometimes the creatures that had caused the injuries came in, too, and she gets to see some cute and sometimes scary animals, which she adores. She had a few boyfriends over the years but she's never found "the one". Hopefully he doesn't come in with a poisonous snake attached to his neck or something, because that would suck. Literally.
