Have you ever met a redhead that's not at least a little crazy? No? Well today that's not gonna change at all. Yeah, Aspen's a little .. uhm ... creative? Yeah, let's go with creative. She's graceful in both the sky and the air, using her broom as an extension of her body. Life is a dance, a show, and she is the star. She's not big headed and conceited by any stretch of the imagination, but she knows what's what and she knows her place in the world, to hell with anyone else telling her any different.

It's probably a little hard to become Aspen's friend. She has a cold exterior, the classic 'resting bitch face', but beneath a stony facade is .. well, a bit of a bitch really, but one you'd definitely love if you stuck around and got to know her properly! Provided you're not an idiot, she has standards for friends, after all. But honestly, she'll jump into any argument to help her friends out, even without knowing what side she's taking. She'll get rid of jerks in the club trying it on with her mates that are clearly not interested, and if you piss her off too much, there's a strong chance she'll set something you love on fire.

Perhaps she sounds a little too much, but deep, deep down inside there is a very caring and actually kind of romantic heart. She's never told anyone but she does long for romance, to be wooed and such, however she also believes that it's total dragonshit and doesn't want anything to do with it ... actually she does. No, she doesn't! Yes, yes she does. Okay fine, it depends on her mood at the time, but usually, yeah, she'd actually quite like to be romanced.

Being the eldest by four years Aspen has always felt as though she needs to look out for her younger sister, and then brother, and then another sister. It's always felt more like an obligation than something she would just do for her siblings. She does love them with all her heart, but she often feels as though they're more than capable of looking after themselves and really don't need - or want - their big sister intervening in their lives. Still, even though she sometimes worried she might be stepping on her siblings toes, she makes herself known in their lives by hanging out with them and doing something they love to do. She often feels as though she's intruding but they've never said anything of the sort and so she carries on, ignoring that nagging feeling that she's trespassing in their lives, and she spends time with them, chatting and catching up in their lives.

Okay that's about all for our little Aspy. There's not a lot else to know besides her occasional little bouts of anxiety, but they're nothing sever so she'd never bothered to talk to anyone about it. There's not a soul that knows about any sort of anxiety she experiences, she keeps it all hidden away and uses dance and quidditch as her own personal therapy sessions. She's very understanding and empathetic to anyone else sharing their own struggles with her, but there's no chance she'll share her own struggles, not even with loved ones. She feels as though she just has to be strong.

Family is a big part of Aspen's life. Cousins and siblings coming out of the wazoo meant there was always a lot of noise and a lot going on whenever they were all together in one place. Aspen usually didn't mind it too much but sometimes it could be a little overwhelming. Quite often she'd hide herself away and dance alone, practising her pliés and pirouettes. She was never exactly a girly girl but she did love to dance although rarely in front of people. It wasn't that she was shy but more she would worry that people would laugh at her or call her girly - something she hated.

Her family life was quite a happy one, although she wasn't one of those kids that was happy all the time, and she wasn't one that was always sad and gloomy, she just felt as though she existed through the fun times and the sad. She went to Hogwarts a year after her cousin's Freya and Geralina which made the transition relatively easy, although she tried to keep out of their ways, not wanting them to feel like she was cramping their style, after all would they really want her hanging around them? Probably not. Sure they invited her to hang out with them and their friends a time or two but Aspen felt nothing but awkward.

More comfortable on her own or with her own friends, Aspen developed a love of Quidditch. She'd always been good on a broom, using it to dance with in the skies when she was home, but at Hogwarts she learnt she was actually pretty good as a Seeker, so in her fourth year she joined her house Quidditch team and after graduation was approached by the Falmouth falcons where she's made a pretty decent career for herself, despite the numerous bludgers she's received or dirty tactics played by the Appleby Arrows or Montrose Magpies. But that's not all Aspen does, oh no, she attends dance classes twice a week and has done since she graduated. On top of that she teaches little ones once a week. She loves her dancing and her quidditch. It's the two places in the world where she feels entirely comfortable with herself and doesn't worry about any of her family.
