Terence belonging to a wealthy and influencial pureblood wizarding family, takes great pride in who he is and views himself racially superior to Muggles and Muggle-borns,  and has purist views which were inculcated into his brain since as long as he can remember. But he doesn't mind half-bloods, because many half-bloods appear on the family tree and he has no issues making friends with them. He is intelligent and clever, using his skills to his and his family's advantage. He becomes manipulative when he needed to be, to get things done quicker, or getting what he wants. He is quite bold and not afraid of anyone, or to speak of what's on his mind. He does not tolerate anyone trying to bully him or anyone he cares about, he'll react in a way that either he or the other person will regret it very much later. 

He is never unconditionally loyal to anybody because he doesn't like to be put in a negative light with people on either end. He has a ruthless and prejudiced nature, he is ruthless when it comes to anything to do with him or his family. He has a vindictive nature, and never forgives or forgets, though he may show one thing on his face and feel another, and he get's his revenge when he thinks it is the right time to strike. He is very loyal to his family and those he cares deeply about.

Terence was born to Tiberius Flint and his wife Diana, as their oldest child and oldest son, into a very old, wealthy and gentry wizarding family, and raised in the lap of luxury at the family estate, a magnificent manor. He was spoiled by both his parents, who gave him whatever he desired and whatever he needed. When he was around 4 his father gave him a toy broom, on which he would fly around in the house. Terence began showing his first signs of magic at the age of 5,

At the age of eleven he received his Hogwarts letter, which his father had told him he'd receive as soon as he turned eleven. At the age of eleven, he began attending Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry and was sorted into Slytherin, like all of his family. This was where he met and made friends with other like-minded students, in his own year as well as some older students. During his school career his skills in potions even earned him the recognition of the school's Potions Master, Professor Horace Slughorn, the Head of Slytherin House, who had him join the Slug Club, based on not only his skills but also because of his family connections.

At some point in his third year at the school, his family, more specifically his father and uncles were suspected of a connection to Lord Voldemort. In his fourth year, Terence began playing on the Slytherin Quidditch Team, in the position of Chaser.  In his sixth year, Lucius lost his maternal grand-father and a uncle, and lost his maternal-grandmother in his 7th year. Soon after passing out of Hogwarts, Terence began his tracking down of those responsible for his grand-father and uncle's deaths by the order of his mother and living uncle. Once they had found the man and woman responsible, Terence helped his uncle kill them but not by the wand, till date no one knows who killed the man and woman.

After passing out, Lucius began a internship in the Ministry of Magic, with his father worked and had all the right connections, and because of his performance in school, it was easy for him to get an internship.Terence now works in the Ministry, in the Department of Magical Law Enforcement, as a Hit Wizard.
