Townsend HouseHouse London, England The home of well known muggle author, Maggie Hayes, her husband James Townsend, a successful businessman, and their only child, Jonathan James Townsend . A nice, but modest house on the outskirts of London, it consists of four bedrooms, five bathrooms, a living room, kitchen, dining area, reading room, and conservatory, as well as a large back garden. The home does not speak accurately of the money the family have, and they like to try and remain as modest as possible about their wealth, so their home is never going to be flashy, but rather comfortable and simple.

Entrance A large entrance is the first stop in this lovely home, spacious and light, the stairs lead up to the second floor.
Living room Comfortable and bright, the living room looks out onto the back garden with large windows and patio doors.
Kitchen Big enough for three, the kitchen is kept clean and tidy, and is the area where Johnny's mum whips up some seriously delicious meals, especially when her son is home for the holidays.
Dining area The dining room is elegant, and links on to the equally elegant conservatory with views of the garden and a lovely skylight, which is stunning at night.
Conservatoy The conservatory is so comfortable and well used, it's almost a second living room. The family spend a lot of time in here, especially over the summer months.
Landing The landing is big enough for a comfortable couch by the window, somewhere Johnny often frequents when he's at home, with a good book in hand.
Master bedroom Johnny's parents room is simple and comfortable, and the largest in the house, kept beautiful by his mother, who rather enjoys her elaborate beauty corner.
Johnny's bedroom Neat. Tidy. Books everywhere. Large mirrors. Johnny's room is his haven when he's not at school, and he likes to look after it, not appreciating mess at all.
Spare bedrooms There are only two spare bedrooms in the house, the Townsends not one for overdoing it with useless rooms. These rooms are kept spotless and ready for guests at any time.
Reading room His mother being an author, Johnny's house has a small reading room with books lining the walls and his mothers achievements framed in pride of place.
Bathrooms The house has five bathrooms, all very similar in design, four en suite, and one main one to be used by daytime guests.
Garden The back garden is lovely, with a sprawling lawn and a lovely patio with tables and chairs. Barbeques are a must in the warmer weather.
