A naughty grin spread over Sharla's face. "Perfect." They spent the rest of the evening chatting and flirting up a storm - Doc could really hold his own in that department, which delighted Sharla - and before she could get too tipsy, she called it a night. No, he couldn't see her home. No, there were no cheeky parting kisses. He could wait for all of that, but she was certainly looking forward to that ride next Friday, and if it went well, many more after that.
