With the details Dora was able to give, the story of which she was able to tell, Clem was completely gone. She wanted nothing more than to be able to ounce her husband and her hormones, as wild as they were, seemed very convincing right now that if she didn't screw her husband she might actually explode, and not in the good way. She'd burst into a million pieces, splattered all over the walls, floors and her good friends. Not to mention she'd ruin the afternoon tea set out for them. Merlin that was something else about pregnancy for Dora to enjoy, one way or another, her tastes were going to change. Clem had experienced some bizarre cravings and, to his credit, Lucian had indulged her anyway that he could help. Clem felt exceedingly lucky to have a husband as decent as Lucian, she only wished Dora could find someone for her, or at least someone to help her raise the child she was carrying. It wasn't going to be easy being a single mother in their world, they were practically outcasts and Dora already had it rough enough. Clem wouldn't let it happen. She'd cling to Dora as much as she could and she knew Fin would be the same. Together they could keep Dora in high society for as long as Dora wanted or until she found herself an incredibly wealthy pureblooded husband.
"So true," she sighed, knowing it was shallow to obsess over a name, but honestly, Clem was dying to know. She wanted to round all these men up and compare the child to them. She knew that was ridiculous and would never work even if she could gather everyone. Chances were the baby would come out looking like Dora, after all Dora had come out looking exactly like her mother only with better, less frightful hair and fashion sense. "I'll assume it was Moreau. Wealthy wizarding family, beautiful faces, amazing hair." She giggled, getting all excited again. "I bet they're super pure as well. You'll have the purest baby and you can shove it in the faces of those stuck up cows." She laughed, obviously meaning Lilith but she couldn't speak ill of her sister in law, not when this was also her husband's home. Lucian was very good to her and she was not going to disrespect his family. Not this time around at least.

She was a little bit ruined a beautiful disaster but she was magic
“Moreau was gorgeous,” Dora said wistfully, picturing the man’s naked figure and almost certain she was matching the right name to the person. Not only had the men come in rather quick succession (thankfully not literally) but she had also consumed half the island’s store or liquor while there. Her memory was not to be trusted beyond the generic timeline, any details were completely up for grabs at this point, even if that did make her seem like more of a tart than she really was. It was only onlookers that found anything wrong with how Dora conducted herself. Clem’s new sister-in-law had, for some reason, taken issue with Dora despite the witch’s sisters being good friends of hers. Dora had only ever looked up to Lilith as a role model, she was thin, gorgeous, and well mannered, and beyond everything else Lilith owned the room no matter where she went. Dora had long since wanted to be like Lilith when she grew up, and now the woman was practically running an entire magazine and it was all Dora could do to be envious of her talents. No matter her connections with Liv Burke, the photographer for Pur Magazine and one of Dora’s close friends, Lilith refused to allow Dora to be the model for any of their spreads and Dora would have been a fantastic model. Even now, six weeks pregnant, she was stunning. Lilith, the stuck-up cow (such an excellent description by Clem), would have been lucky to have Dora’s exquisite features in her magazine but when face to face with the woman Dora felt even smaller than she actually was.
The women chatted more about Dora’s pregnancy and their expectations for their children’s social lives together in future years as they sipped their tea and Dora abstained from partaking in the little snacks Clem’s elf had prepared for them, feigning fear of morning sickness which was a legitimate concern but more over Dora just didn’t want the unnecessary calories that Clementine seemed so content with consuming. When conversation was beginning to run thin, Dora suggested a shopping trip. Clem would be bursting very soon and Dora hadn’t yet bought the new baby anything, plus she had Fin’s credit information memorized and it wouldn’t hurt to buy her own baby something adorable in preparation. The day had certainly helped to ease some of Dora’s concerns and the excitement her friend had shown made Dora feel more confident that she was making the right choice in keeping the baby.
